The only downside is the breakfast. It is good quality, but they serve the same things every day, so it is not exciting for a long stay.

Comfy desk, chair and bed. Shower is mostly good, but depending on the timing hot water is limited. Great value for money.

The bathroom had a loose door knob that can cause danger in locking one self inside if there’s not a second person present. I did let the staff know before my departure to fix.

Clean, comfortable bed, and conveniently located in city center. Very good value for the price and awesome shower. Easily walked to many museums, shopping, and center square. A very good vegan restaurant near by. Breakfast is a plus, good selections, even though it’s the same things everyday. The staffs were nice and even offered a takeaway sandwich and hot coffee for my 4:30am taxi ride to the airport!

Hand soap was not present in the bathroom

I stayed at Hotel Nine on business for the second time. I stayed in a 1-bedroom suite. The room is very large, comfortable and well equipped. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The room is always clean. The breakfast, of various flavours, is always good and appropriate for the type of hotel. The hotel is centrally located, close to the main square.

Hotel close to central Sukhbaatar Square. Nice and quiet room with comfortable bed, fridge, kettle, WIFI etc. It's next to the famous Tuushin Hotel with a cocktail bar on the 25th floor and above "Modern Nomads" Restaurant, both highly recommended. Nice cosmopolitan atmosphere. I liked it.

The only thing I can wrack my brains to find that could have been better is that they could have cooked the bacon a little more! It’s Mongolia so it’s friendly but not obsequious. If you like fawning service Mongolia isn’t for you, never mind this hotel!

The staff were lovely. I did make the effort to learn a little Mongolian before we went so I don’t know if that helped. But the staff were great. They stored our bags, they changed our rooms when we asked for different things(that we hadn’t actually booked!). They were kind and friendly and knowledgeable. The location is exceptional, just off the Square, near everything.

Very good option to visit UB, in city center, but no noise, big bedroom with comfortable bed, close to main attrations by walk. The staff speak good english and internet works quite well.

The hotel location is excellent, next to Sukhbaatar square, shops and the main museums. The facilities are very clean, and the breakfast food is good. As a bonus, one of the city best Mongolian food restaurants is located in the same building.

Excellent hotel to stay in when visiting UB. Clean and tidy rooms. English speaking staff. Decent breakfast. Nice rooms. Short walk to central square and all the sites. Well priced. Good alternative to more expensive luxury hotels (i.e. Shangri-La, Best Western, Kempinski)

The carpets were very old, rugged and depressing. The breakfast was exactly the same every single day, and the stuff in the dining hole did not speak English at all.

The small size of the restaurant means the breakfast buffet is limited in its choices. Some things tended to run out and not be replaced.

The location is fantastic, the city is literally on your doorstep. Drinking water was avaliable all day in the restaurant for refilling our bottles which we really appreciated. The first room we stayed in had been renovated and was neat and clean and fresh. The second room, one of their suites, could benefit from the same renovations in the living areas - the bathroom was delightful.
