The staff are quite impolite. Work slowly , they looks seem don't know anything. They don't smile. When I checked in, their computers are broken and they don't know how to deal with. Let the clients wait for long time without even smile. The waitress in Chinese restaurant and the maid can more communicate and has more service mind.

The price is quite acceptable in Macau. The location is not bad if you stay here you should travel by public bus. The chinese restaurant in the hotel is good. Near the property, there is a local restaurant that has two senior lady who are very nice and yummy food.

The Hotel was good. And they have Filipino receptionist.. and near at jollibee.. they have separate floors for non-smoking and smoking which is good for me who doesn’t want the smell of cigarettes.. and the staff are honest, we forgot our money after checking out we placed under the bed, because the safety deposit box was broken before checking in, And the hotel staff honestly returned it to us when we came back to hotel.

As mundane as it may sound, the only thing I really didn't like is the fact that the bathroom do not have a bidet.

The staff are really hospitable. They went above and beyond expectations. They accommodated most if not all requests. Really appreciate everything they provided.

The hotel is bit far to visit by walk but they offer shittle bus. But it was bit difficult to know where the shuttle bus stop is. Please check the bus stop if you guys visit this hotel.

A little over-priced for what it offers but perhaps that is a combination of being close to the major Casino hotels in Cotai as well as a bump up for the race weekend. I can't complain too much as it was such a perfect location and fulfilled our needs. Beds were fine although I had a bad night's sleep - we were located directly opposite the elevators so did hear people coming and going.

Stayed one night for the Macau Marathon - it was a perfect location for this as just a short walk to the race start. It's also an easy walk to Taipa Village so not a bad spot if you don't want to be in the major Casino hotels. Room was adequate if a little dated (carpet not particularly nice) with decent amenities and comfy beds.

Very good value and comfortable room with everything what is needed, even tooth brushes and shaving kit. Good location close to the important parts of Taipa. They bring free water bottles if you call no. 6 and ask.

The room design is a bit dated but it is not at all a big deal.

My room was quite spacious with a big Sony TV which was very useful for working with my laptop. My room also had a cool view of the city and the jockey club nearby. The bathroom had a window directly giving to the bed, which gives a nice semi-open space design. The checkin experience was great. The hosts have a badge that indicate which languages they speak and the hotel has a dedicated check-in area for non-chinese speaking individuals (basically for english). My stay was a hassle-free experience and I appreciated the cleaner who worked hard to best accomodate my room.

The pool is closed even when raining. Some of the bath towels in room smells oily.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Quite a few restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The swimming pool is nice and clean.
