Breakfast was included in the price. I was terrible just Chinese food. No western food for breakfast No toast or coffee. So very disappointed. Would not stay here again.Plus my lady had diarrhea.

The location is superb! You are right in the center of everything. Being it so close to everything, makes it really convenient to just drop off what you bought and head right back out. The facilities were great.

The driver of the shuttle mini bus did not take us to Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau Bridge.. We checked out 12 noon. We waited for the shuttle schedule to depart 1:30pm. We waited for 1 and a half hour thinking that the shuttle would take to HZMB. Im not happy with what we had experienced with the shuttle....

there were no gym or recreational facilities, if the lobby was bigger it would be more comfortable in sitting down n wait for friends, however the hotel was quite adequate if it was a short stay of one night n if one was not looking for high end facilities.

did not have breakfast as want to try local food, room especially bathroom was clean n recently done up although there were rips in the net curtains, surprised small room was good enough for 3 beds, room facilities were adequate for a one night stay.

Before i book the room it say i have free upgrade from standard room to superior room, but when i checked in they give me standard room, no Hair dryer and no tissue box, in the room.

I like the location, it was good. But Macau is a small city, so almost every location might be good. Breakfast for 48 Macau/HongKong dollars was pretty decent, definitely worth to take.

Staff were not helpful. We asked for a late check out at 8pm and happy to pay extra charge. They charged us MOP500 and we paid but the day we stay late they did not clean the room even give us a toilet paper or water ... then what and why we have to pay 500 for? We asked them to call a taxi to the airport they just simply said taxi not available and lied to us that there were underground train near by to the airport. Let us took luggages and walked corners to cornors to found out that the train was no longer in service!!! Very bad staff 🤬

Good location

We selected the hotel for offering non-smoking rooms. Our entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Our rooms smelled like cigarette smoke, and it was sometimes worse like someone was smoking nearby. Unfortunately, the in-room smoke smell was strongest after we were ready for bed and again at 6.30 in the morning, so we did not wish to move rooms. I mentioned this to the staff when checking out, and they only said they would contact their cleaning staff. The hotel should also note on their site that they cannot accommodate vegetarians for breakfast (it is only a set breakfast). We requested this for one in our party of four when booking and received no reply. I asked again when checking in and they were unfamiliar with vegetarianism (asking me if pork or beef were okay) but said they would ask the kitchen staff. The breakfast staff had no clue when I asked them about the request in the morning. I can accept that a hotel in Macau will only offer a limited Chinese breakfast based on meat and fish dishes, but they should be clear about this on their site so that guests can make an informed decision about paying extra for breakfast. The problems above probably made us more irritated with more minor problems: that the window in one room would not shut, the "city view" in one room was the wall of the building next door, the bedside lamps in one room could only be turned on at the same time as the ceiling lamp, that the instructions for the air conditioning were only in Chinese, and the deluxe room was not on the 7th to 10th floors as advertised (it was on the 5th floor). We wished we had chosen a different hotel, despite the good location.

The location was great. The beds were comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and hot water.

No complaints at all! Would only advise that the smoke alarms in the room let off a bright flashing light every 30 seconds or so, so would recommend that travellers sensitive to light when sleeping to bring an eyemask.

Phenomenal location not 5mins from the UNESCO Historic Centre of Macau, and wonderfully modern-equipped and well decorated rooms (true to the photos). The beds were large and comfortable, and accompanied with excellent natural lighting via almost floor-to-ceiling windows. Would be so enthusiastic to book here again in the future!

The pillow is too soft. We have asked for extra but refused by hotel. A bit difficult to sleep if pillow is no good.
