I was traveling with family and we had 3 rooms. Every time I went back to check in to the other two rooms was very time consuming. There was no que but the process was very slow. I checked in at 3 and only one of the rooms were ready. I had requested extra beds for two of the rooms and my room fees were charged in advance. However only one of the rooms were equipped with the extra bed. I told the staff when I checked out and they were assuming I wish to cancel one of the beds. The staff asked which room I wish to cancel the extra bed. At this point I was furious. Not only were they slow but they also did not grasp the idea that the extra bed was not added. The situation was finally sorted but was quite a struggle!

We stayed in the Star towers and the rooms were very large with great amenities. The pool was also very spacious. I used the fitness room and it had very new equipment. Breakfast selection was not very large but good enough. For the price of the rooms and my experience I will not be staying here again.

I think between staff there is no enough communication.i had to explain same things to couple of staff all over again about check in issue or the late check out time the day after.other than that in general everything was nice.

We booked a return limo, but there was no sign with my name at the arrival hall to lead us to the parking lot. We had to ask the staff who showed the other guest's name, but he couldn't find my booking too. In addition, on the return to the airport, the staff wasn't supportive enough to thoroughly look for my booking and the car plate numbers. This isn't very pleasant when compared with what we paid for the whole family.

The room was big, comfortable and we had an amazing view to the "Eiffel tower". The hotel has free shuttle buses to the city centre, airport and main ports.

The curtain could not block the light ， I prefer complete darkness during sleep and bad soundproofing ， easily waken by neighbours opening door and peoplele walking in the corridor

I experienced a very rude staff at Ducky Summer Fun there. A staff called Ms Fung discriminated against my helper when my helper brought my baby to take the small train. All other Chinese can get on the train without checking members (free registration so they don’t bother to check), but only requested to see my helper’s member card (as I wasn’t check when I went there so I didn’t give it to her). One hour later, I brought my baby there and yes, she didn’t check my member card either, so I asked her for an explanation, she immediately yelled at me and scream at me when I was still carrying my baby who was scared. I asked for her name to file a complaint and she remained very rude and continued to scream at me. I have never seen such a horrible attitude and behaviour at a hotel. The service ruined the whole staying experience.

we have to line up for at least one hour to check in and a few front desk staff feel annoyed and unhappy at all. the location is bad due to less shuttle bus to other hotels. taxi has to wait for at least 20-30 minutes. not a place to stay and also only 70% of the shop/ restaurant is open.

At the start of the stay we were greeted with an unimaginably long queue which costed an hour of our day, which I cannot simply fathom when there are around 10 staff checking in guests from their counters. Upon arriving to our room, we have found that the scale at the bathroom does not work, which we assume it’s out of battery. The scale itself was also not clean and quite clearly left unchecked for at least over 3 guest exchanges. Then, we have encountered a toilet issue where it failed to flush just 1 price of tissue for whatever reason, but it has been resolved by a staff after about 10 minutes of wait for them to attend to the scene. During breakfast, I understand that we have arrived at the restaurant about 20 minutes before the closing time - however, I firmly believe this does not allow your staff to be extremely rude when asked to set a table for us. The cutlery was basically thrown onto the table with virtually 0 mannerism and your staff Mia had the audacity to walk off with what seem to her as acceptable table setting, before being confronted by us that it was simply unacceptable by any industry standards.

They needs Money for Every type of activities as in all over the world every hotel gives free access to waterpark or playzone for Hotel Room Guests even at the time of Booking There is no where mentioned water park or fun zone is extra chargeable and we are paying almost same amount of Money to same Hotels like Galaxy and Venetian which are far far Better.

We didn’t come across any souvenir shops. There were mainly boutiques and luxury retails.

Both the concierge staffs, caretakers and the porters were very kind, friendly, informative and helpful. The rooms were very clean, hygienic and well presented. There were lots of amenities, restaurants and entertainments to keep entertained.
