Room Size, Room was exceptionally Big and comfortable. Overall nicely decorated and the view was aamzing. Experience started great with the staff treating with a surprise bday cake for my wife.

There isn't anything I didn't really like

The atmosphere overall is sublime.Staff super friendly and helpful such as the lady who helped me to check in when I've arrived around 8pm and special mention to Johnathan at concierge who, on the 26th around 11.30am helped me with an issue with my sim card and gave me all the important information I needed for my stay.Everything with a comfortable smile on his face.

We were asked at reception if we were ok with a room without a bath, but what they were offering is was a wheelchair-accessible room. I don’t know if the other rooms are different but this one, although comfortable was a bit bland. I was expecting something a bit more special from such a big name as the Venetian.

Spacious room and in a good location. The security at the entrance to the lift was very good. All efficient, cleaning staff were good.

It is a very large building, so just be prepared to walk a lot to get to different areas. Not a negative, just something to be prepared for.

Location was amazing, and access to Team Labs, swimming pool, and food was ideal. Room service is priced fairly and the food was all prompt and delicious!

The reception was far away from the elevator and after check in when we reach them our keys were not working so we had to go all the way back to reception and the receptionist was not very apologetic or sorry. For a 5 stars hotel I would have aspect a better service in this case.

There was nothing negative I could describe about my stay at The Venetian.

The room had a nice view and the housekeeping staff had kept the room very clean and comfortable. Check in was fine though with large crowd but the express check out was smooth and the concierge staff were really nice and helpfull. On the whole, it was really a great experience after the Covid period.

The entrance to the suites is in the middle of the mall, which is not very nice. You need to walk a lot and cross the mall to access.

The room is huge, very clean, very good service and luxury. Really nice!

Nothing, love everything.

Love the customer service, early bag check in, reception area, the security guards are so friendly. When we asked for directions to places and bus, they not only point to the right direction, but will escort us outside the hotel to give us a clearer picture of where to go. We feel absolutely taken care of. I mentioned that it is my parent's wedding anniversary, they have kindly given us an amazing chocolate mousse cake, and arranged heart-shaped towel arrangement with fresh rose petals. My parents had a great photo shoot and many laughs! The bathrooms are beautiful, the pools are a must! We went at 6pm (closes at 7pm) and barely anyone was there so we have all 4 pools to ourselves with a night view of the dazzling Eiffel Tower too. Overall, just loved the experience and will stay again. Thank you Venetian hotel people, you are the best.

The little time i had to spend in the hotel. Hope I had more time to enjoy the amenities and hospitality of the hotel.

The hotel is nicely located in the centre of the cotai area. All other shopping centres are within walking distance from venetian. The breakfast was great and it's a shopping paradise. A highly recommended hotel.

Can be a bit crowded and noisy during public holidays, have to wait a while at the food court in order to get a seat.

Amazing food court, and all staff are courteous and helpful. The location is very good, and hotel shuttle buses are convenient to and from Ferry terminal.

My parents really enjoyed their stay at The Venetian Hotel. The staff was really kind and even helped my parents find a place to stay when they had to stay longer in Macau because of the heavy rainfall in Hong Kong.

The que at check-in was not expected. They gave us a time slot, to come back after an hour. Should consider quick check-in for Seniors like us, instead of telling us to move around for one hour.

Being vegetarian, we had specific requirements for breakfast. They exceeded our expectation by providing a big choice including several Indian varieties. The service at breakfast was superb. The ambience was exceptional. Certainly recommend for my Indian/Gujarati vegetarian friends to include breakfast during their stay. Thanks

The hotel was very crowded. There was a big line during check-in. It took ~30 min waiting to check-in.

The room and the bathroom are big. The hotel is very big, you need to walk a lot from a place to the other.

It’s huge. Need a bit of walk. Many people at malls and lobby but don’t really see them around rooms area.

The check in was smooth . The room is big and comfy. Free shuttle to many places. Baggage storage was easy.
