Was downgraded at last minute from Apartment to normal room, but was given free breakfast and an adjusted rate for the trouble. There were works going on which started fairly early in the morning and the hotel looked a bit untidy because of it but not a big problem.

Huge room, very clean and comfortable. Effective aircon. Location great for boat tours and only a 15 min bus ride into Valletta. Staff very pleasant and helpful. 10% discount at the excellent Grana restaurant which is <3 mins away.

Room had a few faults. Broken patio door handle and loose tiles. However, staff fixed the problems immediately.

Stylish rooms, great facilities and helpful staff. Excellent value for money considering the free entry to aqualuna and use of the wellness centre at 115 The Strand hotel. Rooftop pool and patio area was always empty meaning I had it to myself the entire time. The location is perfect, close to the harbour front but set back down a side road so not actually on the busy front street. 10 min walk to the Sliema-Valletta ferry. Plenty of shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.

There were renovations in the hotel to make the hotel better and more beautiful. There was a lot of noise, but personally not very disturbing as we were in the room very much.

On booking.com it said that there will be streaming services like netflix, and therefore i didnt take my laptop, but there wasn’t anything except live tv. I could connect my phone (although i didnt manage) i didnt have my laptop for netflix

The spa was very small and not well-equipped and was located in another hotel across the street.

We had a wonderful time staying at Strand Suites by NEU Collective located between Gzira and Sliema. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect for exploring the beautiful island.

There was no reaction to the non-working safe

Very nice hotel near the promenade and bus stops (2 min walk) in the direction of Valletta and St. Juliana. Slima - 5 minutes walk. Many cafes/restaurants, shops that work late. The room has a comfortable wide bed, clean bedding, an electric kettle with a set of tea, coffee, cream, refrigerator, TV (did not look). A nice bonus was a daily half-liter bottle of water. A very comfortable bathroom with a large shower, a set of cosmetics (without a cap, toothbrush and cotton pads) and a separate toilet. There is also a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. The balcony is large with a table and chairs. Very nice staff who were interested in the day, helped call a taxi, left things before the settlement and after eviction.

The room did have a funny sort of sewage smell coming from the bathroom, it wasn't pleasant, but if you kept the bathroom door shut you couldn't smell it so much in the bedroom. There are building works going on outside which will wake you up at 8am, obviously there's not a lot the hotel can do about that, just good to know.

The room was amazing, one of the nicest hotels I have stayed in, in a long time. Very modern, clean (it was cleaned every day) and bright. Having a balcony was lovely, a great little sun trap. Location was perfect to get around, only a 10 minute walk to the ferry port to Valetta, there were Bolt taxis practically on the doorstep so didn't have to wait for a taxi. There was always someone at reception, friendly and available to help with any query i.e. luggage storage, access tickets for the Aqua Luna swimming facility.

Everything was perfect.

Great, luxurious and clean please. There was everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were polite and helpful. There was room service. The location is in Gzira and it is close to a lot of bus stops and the ferry. There are a lot of bars, restaurants and shops close by. It was calm and quiet at night and the bed was big and comfortable. It is exceptional for this price.
