The pool was a little unkept and the staff wasn’t the most helpful or friendly.

The property and rooms are beautiful and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the center.

It's more tailored for big tourist groups, so breakfast was quite poor (made for the masses). Gym looks better in pictures than it really was.

Beautiful old building complex set up with lush gardens. The room was spacious, had a nice balcony. Staff was generally helpful, even if did not speak good English.

Spacious room and beautiful grounds. The location was just off the beaten path but a short walk to city center. The staff was warm and welcoming. We wished we could have stayed longer and would recommend it to friends.

Hot water did not work well

Very good overall. Needs to ensure hot water works properly because it was not functioning too well, bit otherwise a good place at a reasonable price.

There was no hot water, no shower gel and shampoo and when I told the receptionist he just said he knows and that’s it. It’s a shame because I stayed a few times earlier in the hotel and unfortunately everything is changing here in the wrong direction.

The garden is beautiful and the hotel is really quiet.

The pool could have been cleaner and topped up with cold water in the mornings like other hotels we have stayed at in mexico. There was a sewage smell in the shower.

We loved the hotel setting in the nature. It was close to the town but far enough away that we didn't feel we were claustrophobic in the town.

It's a huge complex. As a single traveler I was not close to other parts and felt isolated. There is a security guard which helped.

The restaurant can be better and livelier. The rooms could have been lit better and more drinking water can be provided, especially with a family of three.

comfortable rooms, good parking spaces, quiet area without city noice and easily accessible to the center of the city. Polite staff and a bonus having a pool and tennis court too.

The property is quite dated It was the most expensive place we stayed by a long way, we booked it last minute. 21% taxes were added when we got there, we didn't have a choice to stay somewhere else. I had a weird noisy plastic sheet on my bed and provision of extras in the room (water/coffee etc) wasnt consistent. Its a hotel used by tour groups and people come and go early/late - the rooms a very noisy with little soundproofing It would have been OK if it wasn't so expensive

The decor are the only thing we liked it. Walking distance to the centre 15 minutes. Difficult to walk on the pavement with suitcases and kids.
