Restaurant service was limited to breakfast and not offered every day. An ice machine would have been very useful.

Staff was friendly, competent and responsive. One spoke English which helped. We appreciated the air conditioning as our visit was during hot weather. The very pleasant common area allowed our family to gather for breakfast in the morning.

We arrived at about 9pm and were greeted by the receptionist who was very helpful in getting our bags to our room and checked in. He also brought us drinks up to the terrace near our room which was great. He also ordered us a taxi at 4am to get to the airport, was super helpful. Bed was comfortable

The hotel is in an excellent location and has a lovely courtyard and rooftop view. The manager is very hospitable. The coffee and breakfast were a true treat. We would stay again. Thank you, Ricardo, for everything!

The service is excellent. The staff, Aurelio Ricardo, Fernando and Guadalupe were always attentive, knowledgeable and polite. They helped with our tours and taxi needs. The location is about 7-10 minutes from Zocalo which is great because it’s not in the middle of the traffic, crowds and noise. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. They rooms are big, the beds are comfortable, the shower is great and it has air conditioning. We would definitely stay here again.

Bed cover had stains. Overall the rooms are aging and need some fixing (hair dryer tearing away from the wall, drawers stuck, defective plugs). Shower towels were rough.

Great location, staff is friendly and accommodating, room is big, bathroom and room were clean. The room has AC and wifi, which was very convenient. There is also a cute small rooftop to appreciate the views at night.

I was given a room by the reception. And I highly DONT advise for those who are sensitive to sounds. Because you can hear everything that goes on the first floor. All the check in process and all the staff talking is easily heard in the room.

Ricardo and his staff went above and beyond to make our stay in Oaxaca a highlight of our trip around Mexico. The hotel is in a central location. It is most attractive throughout and has a wonderful rooftop terrace. The breakfasts were delicious and excellent value. Overall, our experience was excellent and we look forward to returning.

The wifi wasn't very good. At night you could hear the music nearby although it wasn't extremely annoying really, and luckily it didn't go on until late.

Lack of electric sockets, only 1 spare accessible plug which was a problem for 3 people Shower could be temperamental- great most of the time but could suffer from loss of pressure.
