The pool was out of service. The room was booked for 4 people but only stocked with 2 towels. We had to ask for more towels every day.

The rooms are large with a fridge, microwave & sink. Perfect for traveling with kids.

The breakfast option when booking a room isn't worth it at all. It comes with what they call an "american" breakfast, which is basically 1 egg (yes, 1!!) your way, fruit, OJ, and normal coffee. Anything else costs more, and of course with just 1 egg you're not gonna be full, so it's not worth buying the breakfast package if you're just gonna end up paying more for it. The room we were in was VERY loud. We were placed at the end of the hallway that connected the exit to the common areas, the pool, and the same route for the cleaning ladies to take their very noisy trolleys every morning. This was a huge annoyance because you would wake up every morning to the sound of screeching wheels and people walking past to go to the pool. We had asked for a room with a view, and all we got was the view to a brick wall, and anyone that walked past had a better view into our room more than anything else - it was not private at all. There were curtains, but they didn't close all the way properly, so there were some gaps. If you were lucky enough to get a room on the top floor, you better not get the one facing the highway, because those windows are not sound proofed. I know this because we had a friend stay over and he was given a room on the 3rd floor, and his main complaint was just the noise of the trucks and buses going by all day. Another thing that the room lacked was an extraction fan in the bathroom. If you ever had to go number 2 in the bathroom, be sure to ask your family to go take a walk, because you have to open all the doors and windows in the room to get the stank out. The room kitchenettes could use some work... There weren't any utensils, just a microwave and a mini-fridge. They left mugs, but no spoons nor forks The room keycards were constantly getting reset. I stayed at the hotel for a week and a half, and I would have to go get my keycard reconfigured at least once a day.

The cleaning staff was very pleasant, and they really did their job really well in our rooms. We stayed for over a week and we always had a spotless room to come back to. We really liked that there was a popcorn machine in the lobby with free popcorn. The breakfast itself was really delicious and not too expensive. The beds were comfy, and the bathrooms were clean. Shower water pressure and temperature was great. Wifi speed was alright, could be improved, but not too bad.
