parking bays are not easily available. So, if you go out exploring JB town and come back later at night, you may struggle to find an available bay.

Room - cleanliness, bedsheets, toilet, and carpet were perfectly cleaned. Room - in room complimentary drinks were replaced with glass bottles hence Doubletree Hilton has improved on recycle, green earth and sustainability promotion. Breakfast - A variety of food selections, including Continental, Chinese, Indian, and Malay breakfasts are available. Awesome and tasty.

Nothing! Perhaps not the hotel. But the area is quiet without eateries in sight in the early morning.

We were surprised with a piece of Choco chip cookie during check-in for each of my family member. It was next to a Catholic Church for our Sunday Mass obligation. The gym was well equipped. My boys managed to pumped some muscles before going to bed.

Aircondition was too cold. Change the tempreture does nothing.

It would have been nice if they did a thorough cleaning on the pool. There was alot of black spot thingy in the underwater not sure if it’s algae or just dust. TV in the room only offers in-house channel, no Netflix supported.

Convenient location, it’s peaceful even though it’s not too far from the city centre. Room and toilet is clean, really nothing to complain about the room. Complimentary water comes in a reusable bottle, the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hand soap and body lotion are really good product. Breakfast food has good variety; got local, indian, Chinese and western.

Another wonderful stay for my husband's birthday treat. I never go wrong in choosing Hilton always .. ❤️ This time I requested for the room decoration and it was perfectly done. . Thank you team for everything especially the personalised card which I least expected. .

It was hard for my elderly mum to get into the jacuzzi as there was no built in step but there are handrails to help. It was a bit cold in the cafe and massage area; it doesn't need to be below 23 degrees! Everything else was epic!

The drinks by the pool watching the sunset was very relaxing. The pool was refreshing and the sauna and jacuzzi were lovely. The room was spacious and comfy. The staff were really helpful and if one person didn't know an answer, they would seek help from a colleague, and their advice was spot on! The yummy buffet is half price for senior citizens!

There are some areas for improvement, particularly in the restroom facilities. The loosened doors make it difficult to close properly, and the silver tray has started to show signs of rust.

I would like to compliment the hotel staff, especially the breakfast buffet reservation. staff and the chefs on both mornings of our stay. We have a child who is gluten intolerant. Upon informing the staff of the special doetary requirements, they specially prepared gluten free food for the child. We are extremely pleased with the special arrangement.

Restaurant breakfast- Western options should hv more variety eg: hash brown , chicken bacon etc Didn’t hv Waffles / pancakes Cappuccino from machine was not very good, too watery. But overall it was ok. Better than other hotels!

Location is good. Selection was ok. A good variety. Food was tasty and of good standard. Room was big and spacious. Bed is very comfortable and huge! Front office reception lady was kind and polite. Breakfast is better than other hotels for the same price.

We went for the Ramadhan iftar for dinner/ break fast and food ran out rather quickly without top ups so was not able to try a lot of food
