cleanliness of the toilet need to be improve. water pressure is low and it took quite some time for the hot water to flow. hotel amenities need to be improvise.

I love the view from the hotel room. hotel staff is friendly. the bed is big and spacious. the television show n movies is great. air conditioning is great. in room dining was delicious.

It’s a bit old and require plenty of refurbish, upkeep and maintenance. There are stains on the minibar tea cups. The water outlets and shower head anchor all was loose and wobbly.

It is a dated building, and the floor of my bedroom (the 9th) still has old carpet everywhere. The corridor is long and not decorated, nor well illuminated, so the impression is rather creepy. The furniture and decoration look patched. The fake orchids as decoration could be replaced by real plants, in Borneo should n9t be difficult to grow plants.

The hotel is conveniently located on the waterfront of Kuching. It has quite a number of services, including swimming pool and lounge open till late and a pleasant perfume welcomes you when entering the hall. The breakfast is very generous in terms of variety of options and quantity. The rooms are very big.

Rooms are not maintained properly. Shower was bad as the pressure was low and amenities really lacking. Not consistent as no room slippers in some rooms. The carpets not vacuumed properly . Pillows were really bad. Low quality and very thin.

The housekeeping didnt send me an extra towel and lotion upon request . As three of us in the room , they knew it 2adult and 1 children, i asked for extra towel for my son, they said yes but didnt send until we check out.

The room is nice , facing the sarawak river. The view is excellent. The location is extremely good , its a golden triangle and city centre. Room is very comfortable with fresh bedding and location is great. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Service is excellent too. Fully recommeded. Its a five star hotel ! Before was owned by Holiday Inn International Hotel..bought over by grand margerhita.

Soft pillow. Housekeeping not up to standard. Miss one day of housekeeping. Understand the hotel is fully booked, but basic housekeeping should be a minimum.

Friendly front counter staff. It's on the riverfront and easier for getting food.

the staff upon check in was very dissapointing, allexander was his name. he should be sent to a proper training. if he doesn’t want to work there, i think he should be at housekeeping or something. the room’s curtain torn.

The room was a bit run down, the wiring were fixed on the walls with tap without conceal, the carpet under bed need to vacuum. There is a broken chair. They did replaced but new chair also the same condition. Seems they do not have a good chair. The bathroom one of the glass shelf were missing, the shower area no door, the floor mate need to request. The mattress a bit soft for me.

The breakfast is splendid. But no cheese. The room air conditioning is super cold.
