* Cockroaches. :( At least two while I was there, and I was only there 3 days. * Ants in the kitchen. * Entire facility is generally a bit worn-down. * Location is a bit isolated.

Pricey breakfast for walk in or additional needed bf if it price compare with the food is not worth it to pay extra. For apartment service is too far walking distance to get for breakfast, I'm coming with senior citizen is not recommended facility.

Dark entrance , building not properly maintain and a bit run down . Room was suppose to be sea facing but it was facing the lake n only side sea view.Room water heater the water was not hot.

Kindly do some cleaning before guest arrived.. I can give 3/10 for cleanliness. The room is dusty at edge of mirrors. Not worth for money as we paid rm300+ for one day stay. The bath shower not really worked.

The price didn't match the expectation. The building really needs some renovations such as the building, walls around the lift area and many more places look old and dirty. Broken sofas outside the life area, broken stalls outside the cafe and anything broken, worsen the impression. The facilities in the room can be improved. Quite disappointed when the rooms quality (facilities) is much poorer than homestay. The blower of the air-cond in the room is noisy too.

The room is not so clean as i can feel the dust on the floor. Dust everywhere even on bedsheet. They should at least mopped the entire floor.

The receptionist is friendly. Plenty of carpark space and it is free.

Creepy apartment vibes. U can count the no. of people & staff working here. Old lizard droppings spotted on one of the pillows. Extra room near the door, which is much too much space for us a famly of 4. Reception is at another building, a green building while we are housed at an orange/brown building. No food places to eat around here. Have to order in via Grab or Food Panda. It looks like a place that's just abandoned and not developed at all. There were black crows flying around Marina Resort. The place is old. Marina Island has so much potential but no developers have developed this place. Poor variety of breakfast. Layout & way that food is presented is unappealing.

The chair in the Terumbu Cafe, its worn out and yucky. The exterior of the resort is creepy. The mascott around the hotel was scary. There’s visible leackage area in the lobby with huge giant bear fot seating.

The staff was great especially the one in the front desk.The pool and the scenery from balcony was nice, and the ferry that 10mins to Pangkor Island was really good rime saving. And the room rate was affordable! The room was clean despite the exterior is creepy and old.
