Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

FranceAir cond in the room was way too cold, had to turn it off all time and there is no ventilation in the bathroom (humidity staying). Swimming pool was a bit cold but quite big. Gym facility needs to be updated. Real problem is more the staff : cleaning people are so loud in corridor. You cannot sleep in the morning. They scream, listen to music. No respect for clients. Once I went to the restaurant downstair, there was nobody to make the payment. I thought they noted the number of my room. Later on they called my room while I was sleeping and asked me to come asap downstair to pay for dinner. I was treated like a thief while there was nobody at the exit of restaurant when I left…
Room was confortable, hotel is close to airport and to the best shopping center.
