To have a in-house channel: latest movies, comedies, blockbuster

Staff were trained well. The aircond in our room wasn't working well. We were attended immediately by their technician and after 15 minutes, we received a call to find out if the aircond is working well. When it wasn't so, our room was upgraded. Appreciated the excellent service. Unlimited ala-carte breakfast is better than buffet - less wastage. Appreciate the champagne and choosing our fruits for fruit juice. I like it that we have our own geothermal spring in our room.

Set in an idyllic landscape beautifully and naturally eccuentuated by wildlife, you never have to see another person. Peace and tranquility set the tone for the stay.

The breakfast at Pomelo was not the best that we've had but it's good enough if you're lazy to travel out for food. No other dislikes.

I was there for a weekend stay, a short retreat away from the city. The facilities were amazing where you wouldn't have to leave the resort. We explored pretty much all the facilities with the Crystal Cave being our favourite; it was very calming and zen. Other than the private bath in the room, there's also the public hot dipping pool with a serene view, thermal steam cave and ice bath, and the meditation cave. Also, loved that we could grab a free ice cream on the way back to our room.

I would have liked to have real ham and bacon for breakfasts

The staff were extremely accommodating going so far as to organise a bigger pair of slippers for me. The best part is the lack of kids and overly loud obnoxious tourists from one particular country

The Jeff Cellar is a magical place, but the vegetarian menu is disappointing ... the taste (i cant finish 2 dishes due to taste) and the ingredient used is not up to expectation . Bear in mind, they charge the same price with the meat menu (which serve A5 Wagyu, Cod fish etc expensive ingredient and heard it taste really good ). Hope they can improve on the vegetarian menu as well :)

The room , the hospitality, the environment, breakfast . Wonderful! Its my second visit~ the first is couple trip, second was team building. Looking forward to come back again!

Nothing really, but it would be great if hotel provides us with slippers for us to walk around the compound.

The property was surrounded by nature with mountains in the background. The property encompassed geothermal lakes which not only provided for the hot pools and also contributes to the amazing view. Hotel is quiet, peaceful and surrounded by very well maintained greenery. We really appreciated the clean private pools. Dinner and breakfast at the Pomelo restaurant exceeded expectations. Will definitely return again.

The outdoor hot tub in the villa is spectacular (with piped in geothermal hot spring water!). But it could have done with fresh grouting and a good scrub.

Absolutely amazing place that harnesses its natural limestone landscape to make a hide away and a aplce to reconnect with yourself, with each other. The gardens and huge outdoor fans make the entire estate a lovely experience to walk around. A surprise birthday message was spelt out in leaves, and each leaf had been individually wiped clean. Service was so good and staff are clearly so proud to be working there. Ordered a plain cheese omelette at breakfast and it was the best I've had in Malaysia (I'm obsessed with eggs, so this is a big deal). Jeff's Cellar is indescribable, it has to be experienced.
