There were not many food choices around the area neither were there any on site. We opt to dine in and was quite disappointed with the options in the buffet. Boasting to be an international level, the buffet only caters to local palate. The ala carte food was decent though. In the morning, again the free buffet was under whelming with food not replenished and fruits served uncut and whole whilst cur fruits were sitting unappetisingly in a puddle of their own juice. Online it mentions the hotel has a fine dining restaurant but the staff mention it has been close for awhile now. Even the salt water pool is no longer around but on its site there is still mention of it. Would appreciate if the hotel has maybe a mini area for kids to roam or playground as we were told to walk down to another hotel(under the same company but it is a cheaper price hotel) for entertainment for kids.

The location was beautiful and it is such a relaxing place to be. Most of the staff were very well spoken and attentive to the guest which made us feel welcome. We really do think the staff try to go above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The breakfast buffet should have more variety. Quality of the breakfast should be mproved for a five star hotel standard. We went for dinner at la vie restaurant in the hotel. The menu is very limited. Kids menu was not provided to us though our kid is with us. We ordered the fried chicken rice set. Chicken wings are not completely cooked (the chef recooked the chicken wings). The restaurant (la vie) within the hotel should minimally have pizza. Menu variety should be further improved.

The quietness and location of the hotel. The hotel rooms are exceptionally clean and comes with a free minibar. We booked a two bedroom suite which is a duplex and the views are beautiful. The hotel has a team of excellent team of staffs. The check in experience is exemplary.

The F&B. Breakfast spread not as much as what was expected. For that kind of room rates, the breakfast spread should be more like Hilton Double Tree Kl and in dining, food tastes bland and as it is costly the mee goreng mamak for example doesn't fit the price.

Parking was a bit confusing. Breakfast tasted bland, probably because of the 'wellness' concept? I wish there could be more information/guide on the hotel area inside the room.

I like the spacious shower. Nice breakfast area. Room service was fast.

The bathtub is not working & there no playroom for the kids

I love the environment of the hotel. It feel very cozy & relaxing. The bed is superb comfortable. The scenery is very nice from the balcony. The food is delicious. The hotel have a great & helping staffs with their beautiful smile.

Should provide shuttle for guests at The Chateau to Clomar Tropicale if required. Although it's only a short distance to walk to Clomar Tropicale, think some of the senior citizen guests & kids might feel exhausted to walk up the road to The Chateau. Our room was not cleaned on the 2nd day of our stayed even though we placed the room cleaning card outside our door when we went out.

Buffet breakfast is great. Like the fresh juices & a variety of coffee to choose from the machine. Staff at the Reception are polite & helpful. Staff at the French Restaurant are polite & helpful too.
