Good views of the beach, breakfast was simple and delicious, staffs were very helpful and assisted on the spot for any problems. Rooms were clean and the staffs were extra considerate by providing extra towels for bathing at the beach/pool earlier.

Plastic flowers in the lobby very dusty should be fresh flowers, breakfast expensive, the hotel transford the buggy, should be with seater. WiFi really bad, need to upgrade.

Location good, Staff very friendly and very helpful. Love the flower trees , food is good. Pool very clean . The welcome drinks very refreshing .

Bathroom was very dated and needed some TLC. Breakfast was good but had a very average evening meal there. TV reception was poor. Could see family villa hadn't been upgraded but other smaller rooms had.

Great staff and service, good food (fresh rolls, satay, salads), sufficiently cool aircon/fan in room, wonderful sea view and breeze from suite and restaurant. My fav cocktail: bloody mary with less ice, more juice. Suite had a generously-sized balcony. Well priced, mid-range accommodation by the sea

Our room was very outdated. Also if you want to order a cocktail without alcohol you pay the same price, which we found weird. The quality of the food is okay but not consistent. Breakfast could be more western choice, it was a bit limited.

It’s literally next to the beach, which is fantastic. It’s very quiet and relaxed. There is a decent restaurant and the salt water pool offers great sunset views.

Despite being eco resort, all bathroom items were in plastic bottles. There was no fan so the ac had to be used and it wasn't linked to an entry card so could be left on all day.

Accommodation and air conditioning units needs updating. Please consider using solar energy to provide electricity to power the air-conditioning for the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to beachfront. Beautiful established plants around the resort. There was a problem with the air-conditioning in the original room..Donna at the reception was very kind and helpful in providing another room.

- we didn’t go for spa/massage since the lady who was working there didn’t guide us or gave us more info when asked. The feeling we got was not professional - the saw a snake in our room and that was not nice experience even it probably was not dangerous one. Our door was fixed to keep it out. - some pillows should be changed for new ones - there should have been more hangers in the closed and maybe more hooks to hangs clothes

- location - low season so less people and we got really nice room next to salt pool - we used only salt pool and it was clean - nice ekofriendly resort - not typical hotel but beach resort : like a family - thanks for Caroline guiding us with great local experience - egg station - good fridge even one

Nothing to dislike.

The spacious layout and frontage onto the beach. Lovely views out to sea. Really well tended gardens around the various properties. The rooms were spacious and it was quiet at night.

The room was just next to the pool, so we had a great view from our balcony and we could enjoy the sunset. It was very calm and beautiful. The breakfast had a lot of variety.

More of a fruit selection at breakfast , unusually for a tropical paradise the fresh fruits offered at the breakfast buffet were very limited. Not keen on the number of small flies landing on uncovered food at breakfast.

Comfortable hotel by the beach. The surrounding gardens are well kept and the whole resort is peaceful, calm and well run. The excellent staff are always ready to help but are also able to leave you to enjoy your holiday.

With the really good above, there is also the not so good! I am not sure when the resort was built but it is starting to show its age. (1) The bathroom was quite smelly and I suspect the septic system is acting up (2) my partner complained about the very small bugs that were in the bathroom (3) our TV wasn’t working……I always like to watch TV, at night, before bed. Generally speaking, you can tell that the property is slowly aging and it will certainly require a retrofit very soon. It would be an outstanding resort, with a retrofit.

I really liked the low-rise “cottage-gy” feel of the property. It felt like a little community with everyone having their own little house. One feels at home, almost immediately, there. The plants and vegetation surrounding it also add to the “coziness” of the property. The outdoor restaurant right on the beach is wonderful. One of the best things about it, of course, is that it is right on the beach!

Small things only, like sometimes lack of sun chairs/shades when more people at the pool, and sand was not always properly cleaned from the room’s floors..

Resort a bit tired. Needs work on paths. New umbrellas. Staff might need a bit of prompting to clear tables so that the next person can sit down.

breakfast quality was very bad, not too much variety at all. Be aware of messages from the property through booking.com I got scammed because their system was hacked as well as booking.com (both). And I lost money because of that as debit transactions were made through my bank account without my consent until I blocked and had to freeze my account.

Location is great, view is nice, staff are friendly, and we were able to get an early check-in which was great
