The location of the resort and the property is just near the beach for sightseeing.

Only one kids program per day, uneven walkways. Lacks maintenance. Mediocre breakfast. TV has only a few channels and even those have noisy picture. Wifi is weak.

We booked a family unit, but it was under construction when we got there, so they gave us two connected rooms instead. Hot water was a bit uneven. General area was a bit run-down, a bunch of dilapidated buildings, etc.

Nice beach, great breakfast options, walkable to pantai chenang area, love the eco-mindedness and the variety of plants on the premise.

Swimming pool Jacuzzi is not in a good functional stage.

Beach is very clean and excellent. Hotel Staff are very polite and helpful. Very spacious cottage type room located in nice environment. Breakfast overseeing the sea was a very pleasant experience.

- shower (low pressure) & toilet (have to flush few rounds/faulty), sharp edges at the shower divider, not very good quality of toiletries - quality of food (breakfast buffet) can be improved - AC location not very strategic

The furniture and plumbing are old and poorly working. The closet in the room did not close properly.

First I booked this hotel for 2 nights. The hotel upgraded my room category and gave me a bungalow on the first beach line. So, I decided to stay here for another 4 nights. I took a part at an event and all my colleagues lived in the town at Mercury, but I was so happy that I lived on the beach. The beach is very nice and clean. Territory is also nice. The staff is also nice. If I go to Lankgavi again, I will take the same hotel.

Breakfast could be improved on the fried stuff like samosa etc. It was soggy and mee Hoon goreng was also as sad. Otherwise egg station and Nasi lemak is good. Internet stability could be improved a lot. Many times connected to wifi but no data.

Rooms are clean but wear and tear is very visible due to the age of the resort especially in the bathrooms where the bathtubs are stained, old and incomplete. Swimming pools also needs a good cleaning and upgrade.

TV reception was a bit average but still could watch a dozen or so channels if that is your thing.

Restaurant food was really good and drinks reasonably priced. Room had partial sea view and was comfortable with an outside shower which was good. Fridge kept everything cold (cans of beer are duty free from stores in town), nice loungers around the pool areas. We were closer to the salt water pool which was good. Didn't eat the breakfasts as were at day 9 of our trip and wanted a break from these - good Turkish restaurant nearby for brunch. Walked into town, unfortunately with the amount of rain and offshore breeze at this time of year the beach wasn't best for swimming but imagine would be fine at more settled times, still sat under the pagodas on loungers near pool looking out at Rebak Island and all the parasailers. Front of Office and restaurant/bar staff were really friendly. A couple of nearby resident eagles added to the experience and of course lots of Frangipani trees.

Despite the resort being quiet they were unable to provide us with a cot for our one year old. This meant sleepless nights in the same bed.

The gardens, closeness to the beach, the hammock, the bar, the food. All were good.

Amazing Location, it was better than expected. Its a proper resort with direct access to the beach and multiple swimming pool options, the restaurant was serving great food with superb location, we booked family suite with beach facing and it was spacious with big bathroom & a balcony, Breakfast was decent with good options, Staff was helpful, great activities for kids, Located next to beach sports activities & water games but still have own private beach area,

Had dinner at the restaurant both nights and the food was good. Nice and relaxing hotel. Private beach was convenient. Fun activity like meeting rabbits in the morning (selected time and day for this). Staff were friendly too.
