MalaysiaTV channels were blur and needed the maintenance team to come to repair it. Room telephone was out of commission and had to call the front desk with my phone. Extended my stay for a few hours and while watching television, there was a timeout of the channels and had to call the front desk to re-activate the channels.
Manage to extend my stay for an additional 9 hours and paid a minimal fee.

Truly appreciate the extra mile taken by the Front Desk staff to ensure the special requests were accommodated to -- twin beds & disabled person parking. Appreciate the kind concern in putting us up on a higher level than the ones being refurbished.

MalaysiaThere are 2 tv in my suite room.One is not working n the other one cannot be closed.So a bit noisy but I lower the volume.Breakfast on my first arrival is not so tasty.But on my 2nd day breakfast is good.Happy to get to eat fried kuayteow n the nasi lemak sambal is tasty.
I love the big room n the comfy beds.The location is near Ikea n mall.So easy to find restaurants .So nice family suite room but a bit run down.Should do a bit of touch up but We enjoyed our stay coz there is so much privacy.The hotel rates are reasonable too.The staff are friendly n helpful.

MalaysiaThe shower head is leaking, spraying water everywhere. The plugs are old and seems like they’re going to come out from the wall even from some light tugs. Not all TV channels are working. No breakfast. This hotel is quite on a pricey side, but no breakfast for all guest?? Really?? 🥲
The location, very near to my work place which is just 5 minutes walk. The room service is good, love having to return to a clean room after a tiring day.

MalaysiaThere is something wrong with the TV reception. I couldn't hear much and the white noise is so much. Maybe there is a need to change the TV set or the cable, just do something about it. Even though it is not much concerned, we still need to see some important breaking news or stock market update. Yes, we paid for the room and the TV.
I like the dry-fried mee with good scrambled eggs, bacon, and all other pretty neat food for a good start in the morning. Others I wouldn't brief much as it is a 4-star hotel, it's all fine on the cleanliness and facilities, in the good location of Mutiara Damansara.
