The kitchen wasn't particularly well equipped, with very little cutlery, few glasses, no chopping board or oven trays. The dishwasher and safe didn't work properly and the apartment was a bit noisy- you could hear the road and local nightclub (not loud but enough to be intrusive). The hotel forgot to clean our room one day too. Overall, not the quality we expected.

Spacious apartment, with 2 bathrooms. Great location overlooking Anse Vata beach. Had parking and the kitchen had a stove, oven, fridge and freezer. Washing liquid was provided.

Beds were pretty average in comfort. Twin share meant we ended up with two singles which wasn't great for adults, king singles would have been ideal. Lighting is awful! There's no centre light in either the bedroom or living. It meant relying on torches to see properly when needing to do stuff, look through bags etc in the evening or early morning. Breakfast was great, lots of variety and well stocked whenever we came down, be it early or late.

The staff were exceptional. Friendly and helpful, always happy to help by calling taxis, offering directions / advice and calling people on our behalf when we didn't speak French. Our room was large and had a great kitchen living balcony area which made our stay very comfortable.

The bathroom tiles seemed to be a bit yellow and some of the tiles seem a bit dated. But having a BATH in the apartment was awesome - rare to find in some hotels!

Excellent breakfast! I loved having a one bedroom apartment at The Hilton so I could also self-cater as food is often very expensive at cafes. It was very good VALUE for money and a short walk to the beach, i.e. just across the road! I almost booked again for next year! Will definitely love to come back for location and value for money. Staff were so amazing! They were very helpful even when my French was very basic! English speaking staff on site too.

We had an issue with a strong unpleasant odour in our room. We suspect that a previous occupant had been smoking cannabis or other drugs. I own a company specialising in restoring damaged property for insurance companies so I recognise the smell. It was sprayed with a deodoriser when we first mentioned it but ineffective. It needs an ozone machine. Matsumi relocated us thank goodness as it was giving us headaches. The elevators in our block were often out of action and at our age it made life very difficult. The new apartment was in a different block. We had issues connecting to chromecast and understand your rationale. But if I hadn’t been there my wife wouldn’t have been able to watch as she isn’t aware of such things. We didn’t find the location of the swimming pool to be user friendly being outside the fining room, sheltered from the sun and overlooked by most apartments. If anything needs upgrading THE SWIMMING POOL SHOULD BE A PRIORITY. Sea swimming isn’t really available.

Very helpful staff. Everyone was cheerful and always greeted us. Matsumi at reception was simply the best. Situations dealt with immediately. Shaina too. Whilst I understand the pictures on the site of the apartment are indicative, was disappointed to find the tiny balcony. It was a three bedroom apartment that accommodated 6 people yet the balcony barely seated two at a table. Whilst you can't change the build of the complex, perhaps show a more indicative photo on the website so customers aren't disappointed and instead pleasantly surprised. The idea of sitting on the balcony as a family, having dinner or drinks was certainly not possible. The buffet was terrible. The food was cold at 8am, and when I mentioned to staff they just turned the hotplates on underneath rather than get fresh hot food cooked. Very disappointing. Whilst breakfast was included in our stay, we ate it the first morning and didn't go back and instead paid for breakfast at a nearby cafe. Terrible!

Apartment had a terrific view. Location was great. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Could not have asked for better service.

A lot of plumbing noise A bit outdated No fan in bathroom so was very damp, the window opened in the hallway so you couldn’t really open it.

We were travelling as a large family group it was very convenient to have a well appointed kitchen to do our own breakfasts. Great to have a coffee machine and a fabulous Boulangerie close by

Bed was on castors and not attached to the wall so every time we sat on it to watch TV it moved away from the wall.At this time of year (winter)there was no sun on the pool area at all.Locaton on 3rd floor two floors up from pool was noisy when pool was being used (may be an issue when full of children!)

Location was excellent,above some lovely shops and restaurants.View from apartment beautiful.Fully self contained so a chance to catch up on laundry after visits to some islands.Pool was heated.

The pool was closed and there were renovations going on in the hotel and on the street. we were not told about these issues before we arrived. for inconvenience there should have been a discount The food in the restaurant was cold and average

the pool was closed, and considering there is a swimming ban for the beach, that’s hugely disappointing. they did allow access to another hotel’s pool about 5mins walk away but it was freezing cold so our kids didn’t want to swim in it

There were a lot of renovations going on, which made relaxing in the pool area difficult. When looking up at the rooms/apts from the pool area. you could see that the exterior walls were in need of painting.

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and friendly, and the view from the balcony of the eastern end of Anse Vata bay and beach was one we didn’t tire of.

The beach was unfortunately closed for our stay and the pool is quite basic so didn't get to do much swimming! Overall a really nice hotel and stay though.

we couldn't swim in the sea, and wasn't easy access to beach. cost of meals was very expensive, we were able to go down to another place down the road and get full breakfast for 3200.00 but when we went down stairs to onsite restaurant quoted 3700.00.. this seems really wrong considering we are paying quests at the accommodation
