Open shower concept, had to squeeze bathroom after every shower.

Staff were amazing, breakfast good, very clean, comfortable. Staff arranged for transportation to our tours, restaurants. Etc. Great location- short walks to everywhere.

When you open the bathroom door, all 4 lights come on automatically, waking up anybody who is sleeping.

They could add more storage in the bathroom. A shelf and/or hooks on the wall adjacent to the vanity would make things a lot easier then the balance act we had to pull off. We hung our toiletriy bags on the glass of the shower.

The location was PERFECT. We had friends join us half way through the week we were in Amsterdam and they stayed at the Hilton Doubletree. Every time we invited them somewhere they moaned about having to get back to their hotel. The Albus is just a minute's walk to all the great areas in the city..... especially at night.

The location and the room are spacious with comfortable bed . I like the contemporary setting of the room . Hotel staffs are very helpful and friendly .

Some refurbishment was going on that restricted access to facilities like toilets near bar and reception. Only one lift.

Location was good, close to flower market and shopping centre, canals and Rembrandt Square a short walk. Staff were really good and welcoming, hotel was very clean

A tray was not installed in the shower cubicle to keep soap or shampoo even after repeated follow up. Ultimately we were told that the don't have stock of such tray.

Room was a bit sterile, but clean. Would also like an extra blanket.

Location was right in the middle and felt easy and safe to get to. Loved the TV being a Smart TV so we could stream.

Breakfast did not come with the room. The breakfast that was offered at the restaurant in the hotel was 25 Euros per person, way overpriced. Fortunately, there were other options available nearby, but the stay would have been perfect, had there been a reasonable breakfast option at the hotel itself.

The staff was amazing, and we would rate them higher than 10/10 if we could. They were really helpful and made us feel welcomed. No matter what we needed, we only had to ask, and someone took care of it.

The bathroom was a good size but there wasn't much storage or counter space which was a little awkward. Minor complaint though - overall the room was great and the hotel was really nice.

Great hotel in an ideal location for exploring Amsterdam. The hotel was spotless, the room was a decent size with good facilities and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very busy - in the city centre or busy part of Amsterdam. Close to metro, tram, train etc. lots of shops. Buzzing environment. Everything close to the hotel.

The pillows were awful, room was very small, we only used as a base so not a huge issue, lights on the wall with no way to turn off except Unplug each one. Room was very dark, desk but no mirror to do hair and makeup.

Location is great, staff were welcoming, offering Prosecco on arrival. Rooms were clean.

The main bathroom lighting only on sensor hence the whole room was lit brightly everytime one of us was going in the bathroom at night time and the light of the bathroom small mirror not working also no tea facility only coffee and no fridge.

Double room is very compact - well decorated but small. Try and get a king size room if possible.

Location great - very close to Rembrandt Square and trams. Approx 15 mins walk from Centraal Station. Very friendly hotel and staff.
