No mini fridge in room. No hair conditioner in bathroom. They didn't respond to "my messages to the property".

The workout area was a huge disappointment, fortunately we were able to train at Fit4Free nearby however the fact that this hotel advertises having a fitness area is disgraceful.

Our room was spacious, clean, quiet and had great views. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was tasty.

Receptionist that we spoke to was not that friendly. Had questions but seemed like it was too much trouble to get an answer. There was a match across the way, it seemed that guests for the match got friendlier service! People on the desk the next day were friendlier.

More suitable for Business stay. Bus comes only 30 min a shift, so really need to plan out.

Great outdoor view, perfect for business stay, near parks and greens. There is a bus stop close by directly to central, or you can choose to walk 30 min on a pedestrian only path. Kind staffs for check-ins. Not much surrounding, you can find a a McDonald and Basic-fit in vicinity.

There is not enough light in the hotel room, the bed is big enough and comfortable. But the furnishings of the room are old, it is time to update. I don't think it's the standard of a 4-star hotel.

The hotel is located in the Apple Park, with a beautiful and comfortable environment. If you have time, you can rent the hotel's bicycles for sports and tours. There are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel.

A bit fsr to the center, but it's totally a walking distance (1.5 kms at most) and the neighborhood is calm and secure so you can walk at any time. (They removed the highway and create a nice road for bikes and runners. So it's nice to walk there)

Excellent accommodations and personal super kindly. Waterboiler with coffee and tea at the room. Comfortable beds. Good shower.

It was a bit noisy in the evening, we heard music basses, probably there was a concert nearby. Also, we heard all sounds from people walking in the passage.

Very nice and modern hotel, it's not in the center, but it's easy to get here from the train station - just 15 minutes walk, and with a car or a bike the distance is not a problem at all :-) The room was big and clean with a nice view. In the bathroom, there was even a bathtub.

Toilets in the lobby (close to the restaurant) where a bit 'smelly' Did nog give nice impression. Room was ok although no Iron was available as said in the Booking.com description Windows close to elevator full of dust and spiderwebs (all on outside. Very Easy Check in The hotel location is on the outskirts of Maastricht Very helpful advice on how to get into town, both by Taxi and a most efficient bus service. ( No 6 Stop Nearby )

Nothing to find fault with

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed and tea and coffee making facilities - the Mentos sweets were a nice touch as were the mints and apples, readily available at reception. The staff are very knowledgeable and very helpful in making suggestions about things to do. Bikes are available to rent, but as there's a limited supply, it's best to book a bike as early in the day as possible - if you bring your own bike, there's a secure bike park at the side of the hotel. If you're up for a day of pampering, ask about Thermae 2000 and as Belgium is very close, you can cross the border for a spot of lunch and cross back for tea.

There was not much to dislike, if I had to choose, there was no shops close by, if you needed something.

The hotel was clean, the staff very friendly and the breakfast was good. It is situated by a small lake, it was lovely to sit outside and enjoy.
