Great location and the accommodation was just as described. It was clean and comfortable with a lovely outdoor area. Staff were friendly and helpful; great at solving minor issues quickly.

Staff at the gelatto places were very rude, had to wait about 10 minutes while a lady was arranging coffee cups, just for her to tell me in the end that it's only table service, so could not get the ice-cream? why not tell me in the beginning and not make me wait while she was dealing with the cups?

The resort is nice, lots of green spaces and just beautiful to walk around. Pools were heated and with salt water, which we liked. Food was good, but breakfast selection could do with more fruits and maybe freshly squeezed juices instead of concentrate ones. All in all a good stay, particularly our room which was more of a bungalow, with its' little terrace were we could enjoy in the evenings.

Kitchen was ok, no bottle opener & limited cuttlery. Sofa had seen better days, a big gap between the back of the sofa and the seat cushions.

Location was good. Size of bungalow was fantastic & bathroom was incredible. Good selection of toiletries including toothbrush, conditioner & cotton wool & buds.

The gate to 4039 needs a light and the slope needs non slip surface. We arrived when dark and couldn't see we needed to use card to enter.

Although I was on a half board deal it didn't bother me but the cooking facilities, utensils, pots pans etc were poor.. Only had one wine and one beer glass. Just as well it was just me 😊

Liked the location and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The food in the restaurant was excellent.

Superior bungalow to me is a one storey building on its own I was given a room downstairs with somebody else upstairs that is a two storey building not what I was supposed to get

The food in the buffet restaurant was cold on 2 nights which I didn't expect at 20:45, especially as the closing time stated 21:30hrs = turned out to be a disappointing half board option during my stay. Their also needs to be clarity on what you get when staying in a Deluxe Room, as a number of restaurants and bars wouldn't even let me order (even offering to pay) as my red tag prevented it.

Location, parking, cleanliness and staff all very excellent. In fact the staff are extremely welcoming and great at their roles.

The different wrist bands could have had a better explanation of their meanings. Where holidaymakers are NOT allowed to go. . Better notices of the areas each wrist band represents. If all areas are card entries, WHY are so many left tied back or left open? Surely everyone Staff, holidaymakers, should be told about security, OR what is the point of using the card ?? On getting out of the hot tub feet onto decking was ok, but when stepping down, step onto tiles, nearly slippping and falling. " There needs to be a NON Slip mat to seating area whilst body dried down." I am a Safety Health Environmental Representative. I could see the possibility of holidaymakers having trips and falls. There are a few adjustments here and there that could prevent major accidents. There is always that one chance something will happen.

We were somewhat disappointed with the following aspects: 1. The room maintenance fell short of expectations, with issues such as a broken shower head, a malfunctioning kitchen furniture door, doors that didn't close properly, and uncleaned air conditioners. 2. Being on the ground floor, we encountered a problem with insects easily entering the room. Despite having a child below the age of one, the staff used bug repellent to address the issue.

This expansive resort offers a variety of amenities, providing opportunities for delightful dining experiences and engaging in various activities. Conveniently, everything, including restaurants, the beach, and parking, is in close proximity. The property boasts a spacious terrace that we found to be very comfortable. The design of the room was pretty.

Having all inclusive, cocktails are not included. But if you order them without alcohol and the alcohol separately if it is included. This doesn't make sense. The dishes were always wet and dirty in the dining room, whenever I grabbed a plate I got my hands dirty with chocolate. I don't recommend the Rodizio restaurant. The meat is served raw.

I liked the room. Very comfortable bed. The spa sector is very good, with availability if you go early and few people. Good variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Hot water in the early evening was non existent. Everything on an app which didn’t work.

Breakfast very good, evening meal was repetitive. Apartment was lovely, very spacious, pools great and not over crowded. Very clean.

The bathroom wasn’t very clean and there was a lot of noise coming from outside. Also, a lot of kids around.

The room was nice and big. Free parking and friendly staff.
