We booked an room with private bathroom garden view we got parking view and a room for disabled guests which is good if you are disabled but we are not so it's not nice to have your bathroom as an opens space in your bedroom without privacy and the sink on level of someone who sits At least inform clients before check in do not give the key knowing this and let us have the surprise . Not clean and needs to be updated comparing the breakfast bar with this room

We missed the part where you have to cross the road between the hotel & the reception part of the hotel. For us (adults and teenagers) this was fine with small kids it might be a bit dangerous.

How the mattress was a little dodgy and it felt like it had a broken spring in it towards the pillow and some of the staff struggled with English and I had to repeat myself quite a bit.

It was cheap enough for what it offered.

Maybe for some people a remote location. And the crossing of the road is always a thing but I know this is not the hotels fault, but council.

Perfect location for a business or family stay. Clean rooms , part was located on the other side of the road , seems also an interesting location for a bicycle trip start :-) Friendly staff at arrival and departure.

You have a lovely new bar but each time we used it there were no staff there. Each time we had to ask reception to send someone and we felt we were interrupting and it was a bother to send someone to serve at the bar. We don’t understand that you a fabulous new bar area and no one permanently there.

No ventilation or airco available. Therefor the room was very hot, even at medium summer temperature (20-23 C). The room looked also a little outdated, worn out but all functioned ok.

Breakfast was good, bed was good. Balcony with two chairs was nice. Also nice to have a coffee-maker with option to make a cup of tea.

Hotel is outdated! Really needs refurbishing and upgrading! We came down for the Juliana Malden football tournament that they have yearly there. We arrived at 21:20 tired from the trip from UK and just wanted to sit have a nice meal and a beer but we're left dissapointed when the receptionist said the kitchen closed at 21:00. So we settled for a beer at the bar. Walked to the bar and seemed like nobody wanted to attend us only when I spoke to the guy who was behind the bar who I spoke in English if we could have a beer and I didn't know the local beer so asked which is best? He spoke English back to me and said a few words and just walked off. We were unwelcome as paid guests to the hotel is what it seemed! A lady walked past eventually so I asked could we please have a beer and I just pointed at one just so we could get somehwere. 11 euros it cost for 2 and only a half a pint!! We stood at the bar for sometime no one ingaged in conversation so I asked could we sit down somewhere and she just pointed to the furtherest room. Customer service needs to be sorted please. We felt very unwelcome at the hotel!! The rooms are humid and sometimes hard to breathe if you don't open the door to the balcony. We asked for a fan because the rooms do get hot at night and they only gave us one on the last night after being told that every room has a fan!! The room did not!! We had to go the reception and ask for a fan then had to call the one of the cleaners brought us one. Mould on ceiling in the bathroom and rust on the shower doors. After showering water would someway find it's way the the floor even if you make sure the shower door is closed. At night when sleeping the amount of people that come in at around 2-3 in the morning have no respect for people that are sleeping. You hear everything even if the room is 3 or 4 rooms away Upstairs or downstairs! We did not get a good rest at all the 3 nights we stayed!

Location was nice very quiet and calm but could occasionally get loud with the cars driving through the main road. Located on a main road.

- Room had dark furnishing and poor lighting. The only place you could read was in bed or in the bathroom. - Shower-bath was slippery. - Had to cross a busy road in the rain to breakfast.

The staff were very polite and cheerful. Enjoyed evening meal.

The room was In need of an upgrade, we were on the lower floor and the hallway going to the room smelled of damp as did the room we were in. Everyone we spoke to said it was a great hotel so perhaps we were in one of the rooms that had not been renovated in a while.

The property was in a great location for our needs and easy to find. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly.

When we had our do not disturb sign on the door, because we had a long day , we found a bag with towels , cups and coffee in front of our door. We liked this VERY much. We have travelled a lot and always had to ask for that.
