We were missing some shelf/ storage space for our things and clothes in the room. There was a small wardrobe with hangers and some shelfs, but for two people it was a bit too little. Hence, it was a bit difficult to keep our stuff organised. Otherwise it was nice :)

Beautiful location facing Nusa Ceningan and overlooking the algae farms! The staff were extremely friendly! The room was cleaned every day, including towel changes. The air conditioning in the room was potent and the bed was very comfortable.

I had to use the toilet by the restaurant area which wasn’t too nice. Needed a new toilet seat. Other than that the place and family were great. With the location a local taxi service would have been helpful.

Staff were all very friendly, food was good and the sunset was fabulous.

Driveway is very rocky and difficult to manoeuvre. A bit more shade over the pool would be good.

View was beautiful. Staff very happy friendly chatty helpful and accommodating. Very basic breakfast but sufficient most days. Toast could be cooked more. Coffee & Tea could be hotter.

Fussy people might not like the shower water pressure, the steep steps into the hut and down to the bathroom, and maybe the road leading to the hotel which is very bumpy.

Excellent value for money, delightful attentive staff, fabulous view from pool and bar, beautifully maintained garden. The seaweed farm gives the feel of old Bali and is fascinating to watch the farmers cultivating. Breakfast and snacks we had were tasty. We went there to relax and that's what we did!

Let's just say that renovations are needed. Inside the villas or outside especially the outside bathroom. Would still recommend the place.

The infinity pool ... the amazing view on the boat and algae growth. But the real asset of this place is the kindness of the personnel !!! Easy to plan all things on the island or from the island thanks.

Slightly uncoordinated and lacking meticulous arrangement, items like bathroom soap and shampoo were not adequately prepared and accessible, appearing quite basic. Our laundry got accidentally combined with that of another guest, resulting in the resort's third-party provider initially attempting to charge us for the mix-up. Only after realizing that a portion of the laundry wasn't ours did they reconsider the pricing.

Both sliding doors ( from room to bathroom and and from room to balcony) were extremely hard to open and close. The one to the balcony was also very loud and had a nail or something similar in the door lock. I damaged a new dress and my friend also scratched against it and had a scratch that drew blood.

The staff where amazing . They are kind and so polite. I hurt my ankle on an outing and they were so accommodating. They brought me ice and suggested that I go to the medical clinic. The manager drove me there, waited for me then got me home.

The condition of the property unfortunately isn’t an accurate presentation compared to the images shown on booking.com. Despite the structural condition lacking it was very well maintained at all times!

The rooms are beautiful & very quaint! The view out across the water from breakfast was simply beautiful and extremely comfortable for starting the day! The family/staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout whole stay!

everything was a bit run down and it needed a lot of maintenance. The room was comfortable but had no safe or anywhere to put luggage. the bathroom was not as clean as other accommodation we had stayed in.

the views over the seaweed farms were beautiful and the location was very peaceful and private. The pool was beautiful, clean & perfect temperature (not too warm) and the staff were very friendly.

Location is great in terms of being very quiet and relaxing. Lovely views and huts. The shower didn't have a lot of water, the head was blocked so showers weren't very easy. Lovely staff, very helpful

the hotel is not located in the very main area, it was not really clear whether the hotel taxi was free or not. So we ended up paying some local taxis as per recommended by the hotel driver every once in a while
