The room was quite warm, no air conditioning. The request to skip cleaning did not work out.

The location is excellent. The old city house is very charming. Friendly staff and working online check-in/check-out. Almost no traffic on the street (by a canal) below.

That rooms have no airconditioning, especially when days are very hot.

It is a very charming hotel very centrally located. The rooms are modern and spacious. Everything works well. I was specially impressed with the lady at the front office who checked me in. I had booked a single room and got a single room on the ground floor. The room is very nice and it even had a terrace to sit outside with chairs and table. However, it was a very hot day and the room had no AC, only a fan. I did not dare to sleep with the doors open and if I slept with them closed it would have been extremely hot. So I asked the lady to move me to a room on the first floor so I could leave the windows open. She was very supportive and offered me a lovely room on the first floor facing the inner courtyard. It tuned out to be a double room. She did not charge me extra. I was very pleased with this service. I slept very well with the windows open. I left the hotel feeling good and will certainly return. I come to Delft often as my daughter is studying in the University.

I think the price of the breakfast was a bit steep for us.

The room was amazing. We had a balcony overlooking the courtyard and we really enjoyed it! The location is superb. The staff was always helpful and they were very friendly ☺️

Unfortunately, the windows couldn't be opened, so it was warm and sticky in the room. Ventilators were provided. The beds also were not really comfortable, rather far too soft. No way to get the room dark for the night!

Room did not have much in the way of drawers, which might have been inconvenient on a longer stay.

Location was 5 minutes to railway station and perfect for sight seeing in the centre of Delft, with its main churches, canals, streets, and restaurants and cafes. Staff were very pleasant and helpful, and help yourself breakfast was plentiful with variety and tasty. Room was very comfortable and roomy and the shower was good, if not overly powerful. Room view overlooking the patio/courtyard garden was lovely. The building itself had lots of character and was a great combination of classic and modern. I particularly loved the staircase and the print of the Rembrandt (Night Watch, for Pratchett fans ) in the foyer. I am a great fan of traditional Dutch front street doors and the one to the hotel on Koornmarkt was a classic. I now know a lot more about Vermeer than I did before, from one of the many museums and exhibitions. I can particularly recommend the Chocolate Company Cafe for a proper hot chocolate drink! There are lots of historical points of interest including details of the family of William of Orange.

Breakfast was subpar at best. Tinned fruit salad, nothing fresh, cheese and meats were plain and cheap. Coffee was poor. No "à la-carte" orders. Our three people bedroom had no proper shower, only a bathtub (with no curtain).

The hotel's location is perfect 5 minutes distance from the city center by walking. Also, very close to the train station. There was a Nespresso coffee machine in the room and varieties of capsules. The temperature of the room was also nice, it is adjustable. The bathroom was quite big and clean. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately the bulb had gone in the lamp by one of the beds. The bath plug was also damaged and very difficult to remove once the bath had been filled. Decor was a little tired in the bedroom.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, really close to the centre, on one of the most beautiful streets overlooking the canal. It spans three historic buildings which have been converted to the hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and allowed us to leave our bags at reception until we checked in later in the day. Triple room was comfortable, spacious and warm. Good generous buffet breakfast. Overall good value given the average cost of hotels locally.

the lift cant get to the room. need to drag the suitcase through a narrow staircase. didnt mention i am very pregnant to the hotel so got the room with bath tub but thats more my preferrence. floor board creeks quite loud and very thin. we could hear upstair room walking, using the bathroom way too clear.
