Gorgeous gardens and orchard to wander through, bringing peace and tranquility. Excellent massage at the spa. Delicious dinner at the restaurant. Great choice for breakfast.

We had the 2 bedroom apartment, which was spread over 3 floors. The staircases were impossibly steep and narrow with tiny width treads at the top and would have been positively dangerous for elderly or infirm guests. No advance warning given of this. The top bedroom was at the eaves of the roof and became uncomfortably hot after a sunny day.

Lovely historic setting in beautiful grounds, impeccably presented and very clean.

one of the suites 505 we booked is very very humid and hot during the night that gives my grandma a sleepless night even with the small ventilator. although the other suite we are staying is just fine.

The rooms are very spacious and nice, staffs are friendly and helpful. it is a beautiful place to stay in of course. Breakfast is very nice! and the Restaurant is fantastic!

We have had one night dinner in the restaurant which we felt was not meeting our expectations. We felt the menu was not very exciting in itself. The one dish we all 4 liked to order was already sold out. The taste of the food was good, but nothing spectacular as one would expect for this price. We had to wait 45 minutes between the first and second course which we felt was way too long. And the lack of a wine arrangement was a bit of a disapointment too. TBH we had dinner in the town the night before and paid half the price for a seriously better meal. I would be worried if I were you. Also because of a wedding reception the bar in the hotel was closed so we had to go outside (pouring rain) and walk to the other venue

The hotel was very good, reception was friendly etc. We felt the breakfast was pretty expensive but the quality of the food was good so we enjoyed that. The parking was good and the park also was very nice.

It‘s a very nice place to spend a romantic weekend. The restaurant is very good and the attention in the restaurant and hotel very good. For sure I will come back.

we ordered room service and they forgot to bring it until we called again an hour and a half later. it was a mistake i am sure and I don’t believe is frequently occurring but it happened to us for dinner. the hotel decided to not charge us for it to make up for the mistake

The hotel staff went above and beyond when I told them it was my wife’s birthday. The bistro wait staff are highly trained and presently attentive.

- Price of Breakfast. - Weak WiFi signal in the room. - Room had no Airco. There were 2 small windows and a ventilator to help cool down the room. - TV had all useful features disabled. Not even the Guide worked. - The restaurant was slightly overpriced for the type of food it offered. - Rooms are still locked with normal keys with oversized key-hangers. The Hotel expects you to return them every time you walk out.

- Good looking hotel. - Beautiful Surrounding Area. - Close to Valkenburg (30min walk). - Big safe in the room. - Large bathroom with bathtub. - Coffee & Tea in the room that were refilled daily. - Minibar with complimentary drinks; refilled daily. - Iron + board in the room. - Free WiFi. - Free Parking. - Nice looking restaurant Les Salons.

Took a while for them to open the outdoor section from the pool area. Would have liked an email to see if I wanted to reserve a spot by the pool.

Room that had a terrace and was quiet and dog friendly. Beautiful sculptures on the grounds as well as the rose garden and pool.

The dinner in the restaurant was not of a good quality, surely no gastronomic ! THe quality was very poor !! It was a great deception for my wife - it was her 70-th`s birthday !!!, we have been waiting totally about 3 hours before the last part of thedinner was served, this after questions/ remarks of myself. The Quality / Price Balance was totally not in a good balance, Totally not gastronomic ! The hotel and accomodation, and also the breakfast are very well. The dinner a great deception !!! We will not advice friends of us to dinnet in St.- Gerlach, we have already told them about our diaappointment !! The sommelier was o.k., good advices, the dinner below a standard that is normal in a Relais & Chateauxresturant ! We have frequently had dinner in that kind of restaurant, always good quality. Our room, a 2-bedroom apartment on 2nd floor was quite hot and not so easy to ventilate during summer.

Great staff, they really did everything within their abilities to make our stay a perfect experience. They even sent somebody over to let us borrow a HDMI cable we forgot. Great pool, very friendly staff as well. The surroundings are beautiful, especially the fruit tree garden and the fields with the wild horses. Excellent restaurant and room service as well.

Rooms and facilities were good, but could be upgraded a little bit. For example the turkish steam bath was closed when we arrived which was unfortunate. Not too many seats near the pool. Food good but very pricey.

Gorgeous surroundings and very pleasant staff. Hotel has nice facilities and access to spa. Located in an area that is great for walks and is not far from Maastricht and Valkenburg. Stay was comfortable.
