The window did not open in order to have fresh air and the light was a little low. The room was quite small but it was OK.

The room was a Cosy, little but cute place just on the canal, where you can relax and enjoy the view. We had a free drink in the bar next to the river and we slept well. The room has an air condition and a small bathroom with warm water!

It was a bit noisy but that is all.

Location and the concept of the hotel is very unique. The bathroom was amazing with walk in shower, 2 sinks with mirrors and great lighting. Lots of storage space for clothes etc...

The room window goes directly to the street, so if you want some privacy you need to close the curtains, so the room gets dark, so you need to have the light always on. Parking was not available.

Restaurant in the hotel was really nice, but expensive. The breakfast was also really good. A cool boat theme.

Unfortunately the room have no window that opens or other way to ventilate the room with fresh air. More, the glass wall from the bathroom was not up to the ceiling and allowed steam from the shower to enter the room. That's why the air in the room was humid.

The hotel concept is very good and the location is excellent. The reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The lighting in the room could be improved. A mini fridge would also be nice.

The hotel is situated on the water "barge-style". It is quite big so you don't feel any movement from the water. The room was simple but comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious. The hotel is situated within walking distance to the Markthal, cube houses etc. Thank you for a lovely stay- we hope to be back again soon!

It was my first time sleeping on a boat hotel and I loved it! I booked a double room with terrace for a friend and I on a tuesday. We asked for two beds which was fixed very quickly. The front desk clerks were all superfriendly and helpful. They arranged taxis for us and things to do in the city! Thanks guys! In the morning when our taxi arrived they also came to get us in our room. The hotel is located in the centre of Rotterdam and is just a few minutes away from a watertaxi, tram, metrostation, the famous Market hall and a few other hot spots. When it's a beautiful, warm and sunny day the room with terrace is recommended and if no one is sleeping in the room with terrace opposite of you, the terrace can be considered private.

Ventilation system in the rooms must be developed. AC isn’t enough for it.

Having a phone in the room can be useful. Also, having a closet and a minifridge would be appreciated. Paying for an expresso at breakfast was not very nice.

Its position is perfect, and the staff is very professional and nice. The floating terrace is quite cool. The bar and the barmen are competent and funny.

The room is not able to isolate the nosiy. Parking is also a problem since they don't have many slots for customer.

The location is close to center. You can be chill and waking with your family on the road to city.

Really pleasant relaxing stay. So nice to be able to sit out overlooking the water having a very well made G&T! Memorable in a unique setting. Free welcome drink is a lovely touch. Staff were friendly and relaxed too. Sunny warm day and evening helped. Good selection of tasty things for breakfast and excellent coffee. We would happily return.

The specific room that we had booked was really small. Rooms could be slightly bigger but since the concept is unique - it is understandable :)

Unique stay; we had booked but we dint realize until we reached the location that it is a floating hotel. :)Unique experience and stay. Location is also good and convenient. They also accommodated our request for 1 hr late checkout.

The noice isolation between rooms is pretty thin, you might get to hear noisy neighbours at night…

The location is perfect, main points of interest are within walking distance. The staff is very friendly. Sleeping in a floating hotel is exciting for kids/teenagers. Car parking nearby.

One day we left the sign to have the room cleaned but nobody came. We had to go to reception to ask for extra toilet rolls.

Excellent location. Very central for public transport, places to eat and visit. Breakfast was good. Extremely friendly staff who were very helpful.
