No safe in room. We were told,some rooms have safes,others don’t have them. Air conditioning was very unsatisfactory.

The dinner was awful. Wouldn’t recommend. The only tasty thing was bread with butter. There were just one option if a main and one salad.

The building of the hotel is very beautiful! Inside it’s old, but well kept! The rooms are quite stylish, but we expected more comfortable for a 5 stars hotel. Though we liked it.

Our room was a bit dated, it seemed dark, and the view from the window was poor. The evening buffet meal choice was sometimes a bit disappointing. Scaffolding on the building to the front. We used the “Library” for coffee after dinner and it was a nice room but a bit chilly.

The staff were helpful and pleasant. Near to Vigeland Park which was good. In a nice and quiet area of Oslo. Comfortable bed. A good selection for breakfast.

Service to order extra drinks at dinner was slow.

Food was really good and a good variety at breakfast. Comfortable. The bathroom was clean and modern. Nice sauna. Good location short walk to the tram stop.

The night was somewhat noisy, it's easy to hear other guests walk around and talk.

We were paying for two quite expensive rooms but were also charged extra for having another bed for a child. Drinks from the bar were ridiculously expensive... why is this the case in Norway?

The 'Superior Room' booked for our family was a good size and quality, the standard double however was small, very ordinary and too narrow with access to the double bed only from one side...a bit awkward for guests of our advancing years. The food in the dining area was very good at breakfast, but a rather limited choice in the evening. It was all very professionally prepared. There were some pleasant seating areas. Coffee and tea from machines available free, The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

Our bedroom was a little old fashioned and the radiator was not great. But everything else was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful from the outside and very nice inside too. There is lots of comfortable seating in the lobby. The dinner and breakfast were included in our room rate and were really nice. The staff were very friendly. I was happy there was a carpark. The neighbourhood was quiet. I really recommend this hotel.

We had a hard time figuring out how to set the air conditioner, it was either on really cold so we froze at night or it didn’t work at all. It also made noise in the evening. The air in the room was unusually dry so my partner got a nosebleed.

Beautiful building, a nice and orderly neighborhood, close to the tram, the parking fee was reasonable considering it’s Oslo. The food (breakfast and evening meal) were both very good and had a good selection. The room was small but clean and had a comfortable bed.

It was a bit far from the central bits of Oslo, but close to Fram museum, and a few others. A good location for a stay with kids.

The staff is very welcoming. I loved that there were 3 meals over 1-night stay, which makes life much easier when traveling with toddlers. The check-in was at 15.00 and there was a lovely station with waffles till 17, followed by the dinner at 18. The next morning we had a really good breakfast. I must say it's the best breakfast in a hotel I had. On top of that, the hotel is very charming.
