bathtub narrow, no shelf for shampoo/shower gel or so....bummer

I spent here 4 days on business trip and I would say this is standard average hotel with comfort room, nothing was really missing, nothing was bothering, all was clean and well maintaned. At least in case of my room. - room size was for 1 person ok, clean, comfortable, mini fridge in summer month could be a problem - bed was comfortable, little bit narrow, but ok - bathroom was clean, nothing was missing - internet speed was not that best one, but acceptable - breakfast was ok, but I am private person, if mixed eggs with bacon, sausage, eggs is available I am satisfied ;) So this was ok - hotel crew at reception desk was helpful, polite, all good here - dinner, in my case burger was tasty, fried as well, dip good too In general I like the hotel, no issues experienced, I am satisfied in general.

The hotel advertises the fact that they connected to a swimming pool complex. That was the reason for choosing this hotel. BUT unfortunately the the whole pool complex was closed when I was there.

Beautiful location and great staff. I will want to come back again and enjoy the pool.

We experienced far too many people in the Badeland. There didn't seem to be any limits to people entering. It also meant we had to wait 1.5 hrs for our lunch order inside the pool area!!!!! Horribly understaffed!

The hotel is quite old, so are the rooms. We didnt even get towels ( we had to go to the lobby and ask) we also didnt get towels for the pool, which is strange since you have to pay extra.

It needs renovation. The hole building and swimming pool area, everything needs a fresh up. The poolarea access should be free/included in the hotell price otherwise it’s a little bit overpaid.

Mediterranean pizza, blue drinks for kids were popular. The pool was an obvious drawcard.

Rooms didnt have a phone to reach out reception/restaurant - as a kids-friendly hotel, it's not always easy to reach out without a phone. Bed was comfy but noisy. Would suggest the hotel to offer a drawing kit or something nice to the kids as they are main reason why we choose that hotel.

Breakfast was a great surprise, several options, for all tastes. Staff was clearly helpful and kind at all times. There were activities for kids. Comfy cot for the baby.

We stayed for 5 nights in two rooms , one grown up and one child in each room. The hotel had made rules “ because of Covid « not cleaning the rooms before we would leave.. Dirty towels piled up in the bathroom, garbage on the floor and In the garbage container startet smelling ,not enough toilet paper. The cleaners were extremely rude and negative to do anything while we were there. After insisting to speak to the manager, Elin their manager reacted very professional and our rooms were cleaned that day. After contacting the cleaner the next day, one room was cleaned again, not the second room. We had to pay the full price for 5 nights without getting the promised service. If we had been informed about their new cleaning policy,we would not have stayed in that hotel.

Check in took hours due to technical problems and social distancing was poorly maintained. Queues to breakfast and dinner were poorly organised and guests were seated almost next to each other or beside waiting guests and children running here and there. Problems with the bracelet keys to the water park upon entry on the third floor.

Location, beautiful scenery and a fenced area for four-legged guests to play.

Hotel was like an old ferry-reseption looks nice,but everything else old,used,smells bad. Kid's playing room boring,old and sticky. Most rooms "with sea view" are with halft view of big black surface of roof :D
