The curtains in the room were not that good. I could not cover the windows totally. So, it remained quite bright during the night because of the light on street.

The breakfast was on average. There is not much variations to be selected, in particular, not so many types of sausages. The location is very good, just a few minutes walk distance to bus stop of airport bus, the Nr.35. The room was quite large.

Tea, coffee and electric kettle was high up where you hanged your coat. Two Steps to hotel entrance was not suitable for wheelchair or walking stick users as no handrails. Step up to bathroom in our room is not suitable for wheelchair users. Have to book well in advance if you want underground parking - about a month. No cupboards or chest of drawers in room. We did not need any as we stayed overnight.

Young man at reception was welcoming. Room was clean and modern. Large TV on wall. Breakfast was brilliant with a lots of choices. Loads of cafes, restaurants and shops nearby.

The carpet in the guest corridors are very dirty with lots of stains, needs a smart shampooing or extraction. Same on the chairs in the guest room. The rest was clean and in pretty good condition.

Very friendly staff, short and easy check in and a clean and nice guest room which is perfect for a short stay.

Very cold room. Apparently the central heating is centrally controlled so it was impossible to increase the heat in any individual room. Eventually the staff gave us two extra duvets as there was no other solution! The bathroom remained freezing though.

Modern, well designed (but cold) accommodation. Excellent central location , although this does make for difficulties with parking, and finding the entrance to the hotel car park was a challenge! Helpful staff. Very good breakfast with decent coffee.

Great location, there is underground parking (extra), breakfast had lots of healthy choices in a nice dining room. Room was good although had trouble with the chromecast. Other than that, a great place to stay in Kristiansand.

Down in the pillows and the duvet, please, that´s a big NO! There are so many synthetic alternatives.

Extremely comfortable room and bed, very clean. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. Nicely situated in the centre of town.

I didn't like that I didn't stay longer ! LOL

During my six week trip through Norway, this hotel had, without a doubt, the finest and most appetizing looking breakfast of all the hotels. The hotel is a short, easy walk from the train and bus stations and is in the center of the town square, next to the cathedral.

Temperature control in the room didn't really work, which made sleeping a bit of a challenge. The hotel parking was full, so we had to park in the public part of the garage, which made access to the hotel more difficult.

The location couldn't be more perfect! Right in the middle of town, with all the shops and restaurants right there around the hotel, and a giant parking garage down below. The rooms were nice and spacious enough.

Room was a bit warm, air-con didn’t really cool the room (it was 17 outside, inside wouldn’t get below 21,5 even with air-con at 19).

Only one (out of 3) elevator working, created long wait-time for elevator. Poor table-clean at breakfast, combined with large reserved tables/seats in the busiest times, shortage of available seats/asked to move by staff.

everything was as expected

The location was very good, next to the pedestrian area with plenty of restaurants, also just a short hop to the ferry, breakfast had a very good selection. The parking level had direct access to hotel. Staff were helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfortable. If I was in the area again I would use this hotel
