Food can take a while to be ready at the hostel restaurant, even for Nepali standards.

Amazing vision from the owner Vijay. Has more of a campsite feel than a hostel feel, with cute treehouses instead of tents. Clearly a lot of love and passion has been put into building this hostel. Which is also reflected by the amazingly friendly staff.

The bicycles for rent are quite expensive and the door of the dormitory should be fixed to don’t bother other people in the room ;)

I liked it all and it was just the right fit for me, but keep in mind this is a place in the nature so set expectations accordingly in terms of comfort.

There‘s so much to like about Pemsee‘s Tree Town. It‘s charming, every cottage or tree house is different. It‘s cosy, in the dining area, the hammocks and flying beds. It‘s sustainable, with drinking water from the tabs and no plastic policy. It‘s simply beautiful, watching the sun go down over the forest while the animals are singing. And finally, you’ll meet wonderfully friendly people, staff and guests equally. I planned to spend 2 nights, but stayed 4. It‘s a place where you can relax, explore, socialise and eat delicious homemade food made fresh by order by their excellent on-site chef. You can feel, this place is built an run with the heart.

I loved how colorful this magical little town in the trees is. Everything is made with love and so many details, you immediately feel welcome and like part of the family living in this place. The food is just great and always cooked freshly right in front of you, you can organize every activity (safari,scooters, buses,etc) over the super nice staff and even just chilling under the trees you will have a great day.

Sleeping in the treehouses surrounded by the forest was a unique experience! The staff is really friendly and warm and tried to fulfil every wish that I had. They also organised the Djungle Safari for me, which was a great experience. And they also offer their own experiences and Pemsee's treehouse. We had the chance to meet a real Shaman. The food is amazing.

I missed a small shelf or sth to Put our things in / on in the room and some hooks to hang jackets/towels...

We really enjoyed the closeness to nature, the fireplace , the food and the friendly atmosphere. The staff are a friendly bunch, that have very good vibes among themselves and it felt really nice to join in and hang with them and also my child felt very good with everyone as everyone was very warm towards him. And everyone was very kind and helpful with organising excursions/tickkets/guides. We had booked two nights but ended up staying four. We would have stayed longer but unfortunately we couldnt because of further plans.

Stuff is unbelievably kind and friendly, the whole place felt like home a little. It's the perfect place for a peaceful, quiet time as it is farther from the busy city, but you can easily reach the city by walking or by bike. Food is also very good.

Not for everyone. You need to enjoy the outdoors and have an adventurous spirit.

Our stay at Pemsees made our visit to Sauraha and Chitwan very memorable. This unique setting created the ideal backdrop to our jungle adventure. Excellent location within walking distance of Sauraha with clean outdoor showers, fabulous food and friendly staff. Feel closer to the jungle and nature in unique accommodation that will create memories.

If your plan is to be close to restaurants and bars in the city and touristic road, this might be a bit far away (~30 min. walking).

The place is simply amazing. Is a nature-friendly accomodation with all services (electricity, wifi, hot shower, kitchen) which is perfect if you like nature. Staying in a tree house is a dream. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the food is amazing, one of the best dal bhat I have tried in Nepal. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, I felt like family. Location is great, close to the river and elefant breeding center. If you like nature I recommend this place 100%!

It was the best experience for us! You can feel very close to pure nature and spend a very chill time there🪔 The Treehouse seen in dramas and movies is here. We highly recommend it.
