Everything OK. Limited on site parking and street parking is hard to find as taken up by locals. Nearby public car park looked expensive (NZ2.50 per half hour) but I think the hotel can arrange cheaper rate if pre-booked.

Central location. Modern design room which was clean and very comfortable. Would use again.

Super spacious and comfortable with great facilities. Front desk lady was very friendly. Parking and communication was easy to sort out. Beds and showers were amazing. On site laundry facilities was very convenient. Nice lake view & within walking distance from town. I’d stay here again anytime!

The only improvement would have been an open-able window. Whilst there is good air-conditioning, it can get very hot in Central Otago and I wasn't fully comfortable leaving the porch door open at night. Nothing probably would have happened, what with it being a quiet neighbourhood. Then again, Queenstown is so beautiful at any time of the year and there is so much to see and do, so it would be a shame to stay inside the unit for long.

THE VIEW - OUT OF THIS WORLD!! The room - super-super comfortable, clean and more luxurious than we had anticipated. The splendid bathroom with good water pressure, and all the thoughtful little touches. As is normal in NZ, it had a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave (although no hob / big oven, however this is a small unit and not practical with this size). It is also in a quiet area, although a short walk from the flights of stairs that take you right down into the centre of buzzy Queenstown. A HUGE thank you to the super-helpful staff, and a big "obrigado" to Victor - the super-nice Brazilian member of staff. Always with a genuine huge smile on this face, every request for assistance was taken care of promptly and kindly. We had a nice chat with him, especially since my friend is also Brazilian and I have been to Brazil and am trying to improve my Portuguese. Victor, I hope you continue to enjoy life in NZ, and boa sorte para o futuro amigo!

For a basic room with ensuite it seemed expensive for a New Zealand traveller who can't rely on exchange rates to make it more economically worthwhile. When you have to travel for work it is hard to justify the expense.

The location is what makes this place worth the stay. So close to town and some of Queenstown's well known attractions such as the Gondolas.

lake view from the room, not far from everything, extremely large & comfortable bed, virtually had to climb onto it. large shower with toiletries provided. Good Wi-Fi, managed to book parking at the property in advance.
