The location makes for an unfortunately steep but fairly brief walk back to the hotel from the town centre.

The host was lovely and accommodated us arriving slightly late. Room was tidy and had a fantastic view. Location is also nice and close to town, with the parking provided very convenient.

Great view from the end apartment. Easy walk to town but the walk back may be too steep for some . Friendly reception and beutifully clean room with all facilities including AC

Nothing, everything was great.

Everything. Room 10 had a gorgeous view of the lake and of the Remarkables. Lovely clean room with everything that you need for a 5 night stay. Only a short 15-minute stroll up/down a hill to central Queenstown or walk via the lake side that takes 30 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Also, pick up for Great Sights Milford Sound trip was across the road 😁

It was difficult to exit onto the main road as there are roadworks which will probably take a year or two to complete

This was an excellent stay. The accomodation was perfectly located, an easy walk from the middle of Queenstown. It was clean and spacious with amazing views of the water and mountains. I strongly recommend this motel. Such good value for money too.

The location is really ideal, about 10 mins walking from the city central yet won't be noisy during the night. Plus you can have a great view of the lake and the city. The staffs are nice and helpful and the rooms' neatly cleaned.

This was a more expensive accommodation than many we have stayed in on our journey. The prices appear to be over inflated in Queenstown, not just this motel.

The accommodation was a 20-minute walk into town, either by the lake or on the road. It was a comfortable and well-appointed room with a spa bath, shower, and cooking facilities. Off street parking, WiFi, outside seating etc all available.

No curtain on the bathroom window, and very thin curtain on the bedroom window. Black out curtains would have been nice.

A beautifully maintained motel with all new furnishings. Excellent cooking facilities and amenities. Kind staff, and in an easily accessible location, just out of the town centre. Even got a room upgrade to a bigger room upon checking in. Air conditioning in the room was much appreciated, considering a lot of accomodation in New Zealand doesn't have it.

It is not the fault of Alexis, but the Frankton Road construction was inescapable. Sounds like a big project that has been going on for a while.

The room was very modern and just a step away from the lovely patio with a view of Lake Wakatipu and the Remarkables.
