I really enjoyed our stay at Alexis Apartments. The view was "simply the best" able to see the lake, remarkables and the mountains . the room was very comfortable with all that you need there. The reception and cleaning Staff were very friendly and gave great advice for the area. the beds were super comfy and the room spacious. Good parking in underneath, car is safe. Would return and highly recommend!

The room was really spacious with a view over the lake, and had kitchen facilities and a large bathroom with walk in shower. Perfect location for exploring Queenstown, just a short 10 minute walk into town.

We were warned well in advance that there were night time roadworks, but stayed anyway and got upgraded to a lovely panoramic apartment and in the event the noise wasn't an issue. Beautiful setting with views to the lake and mountains beyond. Within walking distance of town which is just as well as parking in Queenstown is difficult. Excellent shower!

Loud road works going on all night. Shower small and water leaked through to bathroom floor as door not properly adjusted. Some minor maintenance issues brought to their attention.

Bathroom is very wet after shower as the shower no curtains to block the water so water go everywhere . Very dangerous to senior whose mobility is not stable as floor very wet and slippery. Need lots of towel to clean it.

Very conveniently located near city and good easy walk to city. View very beautiful. Bed is comfortable and big for all of us.

The perfect base for a trip to queenstown. Be warned, it is at the top of a steep hill, but that made the views even more amazing. The apartment had all the facilities you'd need. It felt comfortable and private. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. (We have stayed here twice on our NZ trip).

I only have one comment - I would like to see duvet to be covered with a duvet cover - it feels a bit unhygienic.

We loved our stay here! We had 3 nights here and so enjoyed it. Bed was super comfortable, views of Kelvin Heights, the lake and the Remarkables were so stunning. Room was spacious, well equipped kitchette, bathroom new, easy carpark access. Staff were lovely with information and good recommendations for food in town too! Excellent location - (steep!) walk down to the lake front and enjoy a walk through Queenstown Gardens to be in the town centre in 15 minutes (10 if you don't walk along the lake front). It is just off the main road so was very happy to arrive and then leave the car parked there safely and enjoyed exploring on foot. Would love to return.

The location makes for an unfortunately steep but fairly brief walk back to the hotel from the town centre.

The host was lovely and accommodated us arriving slightly late. Room was tidy and had a fantastic view. Location is also nice and close to town, with the parking provided very convenient.

Everything. Room 10 had a gorgeous view of the lake and of the Remarkables. Lovely clean room with everything that you need for a 5 night stay. Only a short 15-minute stroll up/down a hill to central Queenstown or walk via the lake side that takes 30 minutes. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone. Also, pick up for Great Sights Milford Sound trip was across the road 😁
