Didn’t have can opener. Maybe attach one to wall on chain to keep there. Lack of cosy lounge space. Someone sleeping in tv lounge in early am.

The cubbies next to bed with light, plug and space. Had laundry and nice bathrooms.

The showers are a very low(I'm 170 cm and the showers were below my face). Also the beds squeak a lot and are unstable.

A nice hostel that has everything you need.

The bealy quarter is parted into three different types of accomodation. You have the "studio" which is advertised to be more of a hotel, the "courtyard", which are private rooms around a beautiful yard and the "lodge", which works as a hostel with shared and private rooms. We stayed in a private room in the lodge, which meant we only shared the bathroom and kitchen with other guests. Overall the stay was okay though the people who stay with you and use the facilities make or break the experience. In our case it was the latter. Toilets were covered in feces or blood specks, showers looked like they shaved a sheep in there and the cleaning crew only comes in once a day (However, when going for a shower or to the toilets after they just finished cleaning, it's sufficiently clean). After these guests checked out, the facilities were kept in ok/good shape. Generally the walls and ceiling are really thin, which can be quite annoying and the heating needs a full day to generate warmth when it is chilly outside. The carpet in our room had suspicious stains with interesting shapes and the mattresses should be replaced immediately as they are extremely worn out. Also, they advertised a double bed and then presented us with two beds standing side by side whete the transitions between the beds were extremely noticeable. Especially when there is only one large blanket, you have the choice of whether you want to squeeze together on one half of the bed, lie half on the wood, or have a huge (cold) gap between you. Definitely not the definition of a good night's sleep...

The adjacent bar is quite good with fair prices and a good spot to rest after a long day of touristy activities. The location is relatively good though the public transport into and from the city can be slower than walking.

Need a car to go to town.

The room is small, comfy and clean. It is on another building and pretty quiet. Free parking. We were early and left our bags in a locked baggage room. Very polite staff.

The room was small and there was a large bucket chair just as you enter the room and outside the bathroom door. I'm sure it was most pleasant to sit on, only it seemed to out of scale for the size of room!

Room was clean and the bed very comfortable.

The kitchen was small for the number of people there, and so it was overwhelming and a bit difficult to cook at times. The parking was also few and far between. Fortunately, there is street parking nearby, but you may have to walk all the way around the gate to get back in to your building. There wasn't much of a communal area either, so not a super friendly or interactive vibe with other guests.

The room was a good size. Having a kitchen to cook in and laundry facilities were pluses. The bathroom was clean. The room got good sunlight and was warm during the day.

The shared kitchen is too small and not optimized enough for the amount of people using it. There should be a room to store the food for the people staying in dorm… to free space in the kitchen. This could encourage people to clean after themselves as it was dirty real quick in there…. Hopefully we had good space in the private room to store our own food but did not enjoy cooking there.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy, and other equipments well maintained.

Every member of staff i encountered were so rude for no real reason! I’m a solo traveler, very friendly, and the staff were rude, lazy and unhelpful. The place is alright but I’d rather choose somewhere more expensive than give them my money again!

Rooms were a good layout and comfy bed
