The hotel is quite close to the Train Station. We arrived in Christchurch by the Coastal Pacific train, and we able to quickly reach the hotel and settle down. The room was quite big with a Kitchen Top, Microwave, etc. There are some good restaurants nearby.

Hot water system in the shower was the worst I have ever come across. Could not control the temperature properly & there was no water pressure. Very small. Only a microwave in the kitchen (no oven).

Great location, close to railway station & buses. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable beds.

The rubbish truck collecting at 3am woke us. Bit short on some dishes and glasses. Some cups needed a good scrub. Bed a bit hard.

They gave a free transport to railway station and it was near to the station.

The drainage in the shower was a bit rubbish, so only one of us could shower. However, we did let the people know and they were responsive to the feedback!

The beds were super comfy! Rooms reasonably sound proofed from street noise. Perfect location for events at Wolfbrooke Arena.

Several issues: unit phone didn’t work, light behind bed didn’t work, entrance up stairwell was littered with tree leaves which didn’t make for a good look. No one in office on arrival….rang & rang then even used cell to ring their phone, no answer.

The shower was broken. It is so difficult to make work, bathtub it wasn't cleaned properly, there is no amenities (shampoo or proper soap), in the service didn't replace the towels, no hairdryer, is a basic Motel and expensive. The bed you can feel the separation between the 2 singles making a king bed, so much difference together one was higher than the other.

I like that it is pet friendly , and the location for us was good.

Helpful team made my stay as easy as possible. Appreciated the luggage storage on early arrival and the shuttle to the train station in the morning for the 7am Coastal Pacific train.

Room needs renovation, looked old and shabby. Lots of traffic noise as my room was on a main street. No elevator. Stairs are very worn with ripped coverings.

Close to train station, which was what I needed. After walking to the hotel from the station, I was informed that they have a complimentary shuttle. The shuttle is great,so the hotel needs to advertise this feature. Full kitchen facilities. Room was clean. Electric blanket with dual controls. The young woman who checked me in helped to carry my luggage upstairs. Very friendly as well.

Great location for a concert - super easy to get to and from venue. Not too noisy at night which was unexpected. Easy parking. Handy to shops as well.

Our initial visit to Reception was cold and unwelcoming. Upon Checking Out, this had improved greatly. There was no milk provided and the kitchen dustbin had not been previously emptied. We were disappointed that our room did not have Sky TV Channels.

Close walk into the town and harbour. Car parking was safe and plentiful. The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The spa bath was a good feature
