Very quiet peaceful setting but close to amenities.

Where should I begin! The essentials were missing - saucepans, crockery, utensils, electric blankets (only one supplied didn't work), hairdryer, bedside lamps, non-working oven, toilet leaked, unusable electric sockets (holes jammed up), ripped carpet on outside step, insuffiecent curtains to cover windows, ripped & mouldy blind in kitchen, unit not vacuumed daily, used towels not collected, shall I continue, Spoke to Manager on leaving, he had lots of excuses none of which made sense. Have requested a refund but as yet this is unforthcoming - I'm not holding my breath! The whole site was unkempt & when I was picked up by a family member they thought I was staying in a derelict building! Do you not vet these accommodations that you advertise? Please could you reply to my comments. Regards Janice Gough

We never spoke or saw the management, which we felt was poor, they did withdraw the funds fine though. There was no toaster, cutlery & plates were very minimal, never stayed in a motel without milk., or staff to deal to general concerns/issues.

Spacious plenty of heating and linen. Excellent facilities full kitchen waste and recyle bins.

There was other people's rubbish underneath the beds (had to move the bed as my room key fell behind bed). We requested a late check-in around 10pm, but were shocked to find the kitchen window wide open so the room was freezing. And a few of the outlets didn't work. Remote to the TV ddnt work (missing batteries)

It was very close to the arena which was fantastic. Took awhile to heat the room but it did stay warm if you left the little fan heater running all night. Comfortable beds.

The heater wasn't very good The condensation was very bad making it hard to warm the room. The sign said they was sky but there wasn't.

Repairs on driveway were pretty nasty on my lowered car, and few window latches were broken and toilet ran all night and wouldnt stop

Was dirty. sheets, duvet, bathroom and kitchen utilities were all dirty. even the TV remote was so sticky that we didn’t use it. For the price I expect something nicer or just cleaner. it really needs updated to charge a price like that.

The toilet constantly made a noise it never stopped and the driveway has trenches dug in it n they were deep that my car got a crack in the front bumper

No smoke alarms, hob didn't work so couldn't make food. Domestic violence on site with police involved. People knocking on our door at 5 in the morning with flashlights.

Cleanliness standard (hairs in shower and in bed prior to our use) and the standard of daily clean (consisted only of change of towels). Also it was tired facilities - dated fixtures, the toilet water kept running noisily all the time, no fan in bathroom, the light above bathroom mirror wasn't working.

used more for permanent accommodation from some interesting people! reception was never open you had to call and someone came by car 10 mins later! rooms very old and need a refurb, phone didn’t work, bathroom/ shower areas had seen better days!

unkept buildings and grounds including horrendous weeds couldn’t park outside our unit leaking water outside our unit creating massive puddle no coffee in our unit outside area with one chair when the room was booked for 3 people sliding door needed repaired curtains filthy and aged shower absolutely appalling - no pressure and like a dribble at its highest setting outside light on all night that we couldn’t control - made unit so light traffic noise horrendous due to single glazing two wine glasses (for three people)
