The only thing that may need work on is brighter lighting's

Apartment was well heated on our stay, it was winter its good to have a nice warm room for the family with little ones 5, 3 and 1 which really make the different for us after a cold wet day outsides. Its not dry heat either so sleeping is good. It dont smell like other motels we stayed in. Its clean to a good standard It has mini provate pool heated 24/7 even tho we didnt use it every day of the stay we did on our final night it was right temp. The place even has a bigger public pool. Parking is very generous for a family car and good driving distance to the city center.

The bed was hard. To be fair I hadn't brought my bamboo pillow so that probably contributed to my discomfort

Everytime we travel to Rotorua this had by far been the best place for families. Having your own private spa, plenty of space upstairs and down. A home away from home.

looked like the kitchenware was not cleaned thoroughly as there was bits of cheese left on the cheese grater

The only thing that I found wrong was the shower. The bade had 3 cracks very unstable to walk on. It looked like that they tried to fix it. So when we had showers the water can get through under the base..

Good location staff was good the room not to hot or cold. Good over all Second time at this motel different rooms Other then the shower I would come back and recommend it to people

The unit is a little old but still clean and comfortable. There are two beds in the family area and a mezzanine upstairs bedroom so OK if you do not need private space.

Our unit had its own hot pool and there is a heated outdoor pool for guests use which were great. The owners are really lovely, friendly and helpful.

some kind of step/grab rail to get into the Spa.

lovely room, wish we could of used the spa pool, due to mobilty problems we couldnt get in as neither of us could step down into the spa. Some kind of steps or grab rails would of helped

The walls are quite thin, and we could hear noise from the adjoining unit until about 10 pm, and again noise from 7. It was school holidays, so it was to be expected.

The staff were extremely helpful, and the private outdoor thermal spa was fun. The upstairs room was great for my granddaughter, and the whole unit was quite roomy.

We were grateful that Judith allowed us to use the conference room to feed our rangatahi but the chefs/cooks that were there to cater for another group were rude to us when they arrived. Wasn't any need for it really.

For the price, this motel exceeded our expecations. The only negative feedback I have was that some of the ovens didn't work that well but then I have been told, these rooms are being upgraded soon anyway.

Noisy toilet exhaust fan and noise window upstairs which was buzzing and making noise in the night time due to wind and no way to close it

WiFi was very poor in unit. Had to sit on tree stump in garden to get decent signal. Kitchen facilities and equipment more limited than other motels we have stayed in.

Lots of space and comfy beds. Lovely hot tub on decking and also attractive heated outdoor pool. Easy access to rest of Roturua but not walking distance to centre

More cutlery and larger cups would be good. Only 4 sets of cutlery for a larger family room. Only a couple spare blankets, if it was colder we wouldve been in trouble. No form of heating unfortunately. Noticed that the duvet had no duvet cover so unsure how often these are cleaned

Large space for our family and safe off the main road. Kitchenette handy for breakfast and snacks etc. Close to town and helpful staff
