the hot water went for two days and wasn't fix so I had no choice but to use cold water

The bathroom was a bit too small, especially the shower area. The mattress was too hard, gave us some back pains. There is no refrigerator in the room.

It was okay. The staff were pleasant and willing to assist with what we needed or wanted, despite the language barrier.

Vert good, clean & trustworth hotel in the heart of Caledonia..view to the street..bathroom/ shower all good & hot water. Many Panamanian eateries with good choices all around this area, & you can eat delicious food for under $6 including meat, cutlet, fish, rice, beans or lentils, plantain, puré,tortillas & menu changes little everyday..if you mcdonalds is only 100mtrs past the lotteria..many shops..simcard etc also near about 150 mtres arriba

The bed squeaked a little.

The location is close to places where you can shop. The staff were cordial and helpful. They carried my bags to the room when I arrived and they carried it down when I was ready to leave.

The shower head sprays water everywhere but your body lol. You need to stay under the shower for more time than expected so that you can get properly wet. Also, as it is located in a busy area, expect some noise late at night (because of the nightclubs)

I like that it's close to many things. The bed and pillows are comfortable, there is hot water, a/c works well and there's a safe parking lot. It isn't located in the greatest neighborhood but there's always police around, so I felt safe. The thing that I loved is that you can check-in from 9am!

in our room the Wi-Fi did not work at all. I asked the receptionist if we could move room as I could see online there was other availability and she said the hotel is full. I messaged booking, and soon after we were moved to another room and had working Wi-Fi so the rest of our stay was great.

It's just very dated and basic, but we wanted simple and cheap for one night and it fit the bill so it's not a complaint.

The location was fine, some decent bakeries close by for breakfast. We stayed just one night before we flew to Bocas del Toro and we were simply looking for a cheap place to rest our heads for the night, and it fulfilled that. Certainly not the nicest hotel, but we knew that when we booked it, and it met the expectations. Air con in our room worked.

A bottle of water in the room would have been appreciated. Shower in the bathroom did not have enough water pressure.

Lady at reception was very friendly. Check-in was very convenient at 9 am. Location near the Lotería Metrostation, although one should be careful at night in the neighbourhood.
