We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PanamaIn short, the rooms needed more maintenance. Housekeeping staff are friendly and they are keeping the rooms very clean. However, the rooms need attention: we got some doors that were not closing properly, one safe box was not working, the air conditioning was not working and the other one was making a loud buzzing sound, the shower floor was stained. Also, the Teen's recreational room was clean but the billiard table needed maintenance too.
The staff did all that was possible to make our stay comfortable. The restaurants, Sakura and Olivos, had great food and service. The staff at these restaurants went above and beyond to accommodate our kids by switching some items in the menu and we did enjoy a very nice dinner. The beach and pools were great! We enjoyed the water slides and the kids had fun. The shows at night were fun too, we got a chance to enjoy some nice live music.

PanamaIt should be clear that garden view rooms are facing toward the parking area and not really to any garden. During some hours, especially in evening there was a terrible bad smell like sewage.

UkraineWe didn’t like only two things: 1- Air conditioning in room, it’s too cold and when we set up fan for lower speed, after some time it automatically increased. 2 - arrangement of a buffet. We several times saw the kids running around it, putting their hands in food and not using tongs, taking food straight to the mouth from it etc. it has to be on higher level so kids can’t reach the food, then parents can properly take cake of kids food.The buffet need to have sneeze guards.

PanamaFacilities lack maintenance. Our room had mold in the air vent and it was dripping. The bath tub also had mold. You can notice the hotel is old and lacks renovations. The bar by the pool looks gross as well. They have a general mold issue clearly left unattended. We requested a room with ocean view and we could barely open the balcony door as it was stuck and is rusty. Food was okay nothing great or outstanding. It caught my attention that salads and food that is supposed to be kept cold had little to no ice, this can be a food safety concern. I really expected more from the food, I saw good reviews on Instagram but I guess I got deceived. The entertainment at night is really really poor. I wont ever come back to this hotel. This is NOT a 5 star hotel at all and don’t be deceived by the “all inclusive” it lacks a whole lot to be considered both a 5 star hotel and a Good all inclusive.

PanamaThis is not a 5 star hotel, which is what is advertised. The room looked worn out, the shower curtains were just accessories. We asked them to place a second curtain (they only had one when we received the room), yet every time you shower the floor gets wet. Might as well, just take a shower in the middle of the restroom. Also, previous to our stay in the hotel I called them to inquire if they had wifi available in the rooms and if it was not only in the common areas. They confirmed they had wifi in the rooms and not just in common areas. The day we arrived we were told there’s only wifi in the common areas. The food in the buffet had FLIES. The buffet is in an outdoor area and there is nothing to cover the food. Sanitary measures are not being met. The smell of the pool area and the restroom sink were the same. It smelled like public toilet with no maintenance. If you want to get a reservation in the other restaurant options you CANNOT make it with a call. You have to do it in person (which is not bad). However, since there is limited availability and time to reserve, you have to make a queue that will take the whole morning away from you. They start making the reservations at 9am and they have approximately a 2-3 hours window to do it. Imagine the amount of people waiting to get a reservation. You have to wait, standing in front of the desk at 8am if you want to get the reservation. In conclusion, the value of what you pay vs what you receive is incoherent.. The least I would expect is for the hotel to follow and ensure sanitary measures. Also, to be more efficient in regards to making reservations for restaurants.
The only thing I liked was the location as it was close to other areas of interest for us.

PanamaThe night show wasn't at the level I expected for a five star resort, it could improve much more. In my room, the bathroom had a water leak in the bathtub. Speaking of bar quality, drinks were quite bland, I think it's because the need to do that in order to save the more possible resources. And the place where we have breakfast, lunch and dinner should have more space, most of the time is too crowded and the birds are really annoying.
The buffet food was much better than the dishes of the restaurants (Olivo, Sakura and the other one). I like the room, the view and the housekeeping was on time always. Furthermore, the toboggan was the best I've ever tried and the staff was very kind all the time.
