“The accommodation is located in the community on the opposite side respect where the boat from Puno arrives. That's permitted to be the only tourist in this side of the island during our stay. You have to consider 20 soles per person to reach the accommodation from the pier with a motorbike. Otherwise you need at least 1 hour and 30 minute of walk.
The host family is amazing, Justa prepared delicious meals and joined us for a while for the walking up to pacha mama on the top of the island.
Amantanì is magic, it is a rural island surrounded by the lake. Stunning scenario where to relax and take great pictures.

The house is beautiful, very closed to Occosuyo port. The rooms are comfy, colorful and our’s had a super view over the lake. Amantani is an island out of time. Lucrecia cooked for us nicely and Isabel played with us cards during the evening. Wish we could have stayed more days!”
