“Very helpful and friendly staff. We was able to pay on card which is a massive help as getting cash outside Cusco is impossible as a foreigner.
The lady even gave me cash back so i could get some food in town and petrol for my motorbike, she was amazing, not all Heros wear capes 🙂
She has secure locked parking for cars and motorbikes.
She also has a shop at the bottom of the hotel.
We got to pick or room which I've never had before, the hotel Is the tallest building in town and we had a 180 degree window view while there was a thunder storm. It was unbelievable watching the lighting in bed with a glass of wine.”
