How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

A bottle of water and a coffee packet would have been nice, although desk clerk did bring me a carafe of water.

I arrived late. Easy check in and by Kennedy Park Great location. Room very clean and comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly. I had early check out and was able to get coffee even though breakfast area not ready. Highly recommend

The hotel is located on a quiet street in the middle of Miraflores. It was comfortable and the staff was very nice and understanding. Overall, great stay. If I'll get back to Lima, I will stay here again. Very nice experience.

Unfortunately the breakfast was a very basic continental offering. There was a chef on hand to cook your eggs anyway you wanted though.
This Atrium Miraflores truly was a hidden gem. Being in a side street meant that it was shielded from the noise of the popular Kennedy park area situated just behind. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities you would need to cook, eat and relax. The staff were all very polite and happy to do anything to make your stay enjoyable. As I didn't see any other people during my time there I can only presume the hotel was fairly empty. I'm at a lose to know why.

I got locked out of my room outside the balcony in the middle of the night . I heard the sound of the automatic lock and feared I wouldn’t get back until the next morning.
Helpful staff , good location and the spacious room was comfortable.

The kitchen could be better equipped with things like dish soap and a towel. Also, being on the street front, made it a bit nosier, but not horrible.
It's the 4th or 5th time I've stayed at the Atrium and it's always been great. This was the first time in a Balcony Suite and it was roomy and comfortable.

The vicinity can be a bit noisy at night but this is not their fault - we stayed in a one bedroom apartment with balcony facing the street.
Nice, spacious and well equipped rooms. Service was friendly and welcoming. Free simple breakfast in the mornings. Good value for money.

Unfortunately there is a bar/restaurant somewhere close that has live music so it was noisy 2 nights of our stay. Nothing to do with the hotel & we were tired from busy days so not an issue for us.
Beautiful apart/hotel very close to restaurants & shops & 20 min walk to the coast. Lovely reception staff. Good size room with updated furnishings.

Wonderful staff and room was just as described. Quiet little street literally 100 metres from Kennedy Park. The lady at reception could not have been more helpful in finding me a laundry that was open on a Sunday to the extent that she did me a map with hand written instructions - brilliant!

Stupid thing but plugging in the microwave was ridiculous. The air con (in my case wanted the heating) did not work but in no time they replaced it with a radiator which worked perfectly.
Breakfast was great with good coffee which is very important for me and the "suite" was good and just what I had been lead to expect from the description
