The room was a bit hot with no fan which required the windows to be open which meant it was a bit loud in the mornings.

Beds were so comfy and in the room I was in they were single beds with screen between rather than bunk beds which was nice.

Internet was brutal in the room. It kept dropping off. Seems to work better in the common area.

The location was great as it was close to bars, shops and restaurants. It was also about 3 doors down from the drop off point for Peru Hop. I loved the hammocks for relaxing in and the common are was lovely too. There are three cats that live there - bonus for me as I love cats. Might not suit other people. You can book your boat trip to Las Islas Ballestas there too and the guide will meet you at the hostel. Quite handy. Laundry was 12 soles a kilo (minimum 1 kilo) ocer 24 hours which which was handy too.

Price for a private room is a bit steep for what it was. (Very basic), but then again everything in paracas is a bit marked up.

Kitchen is quite small for the size of the hostel (but pretty well kitted out!). Only one fridge that is always full and disorganised.

The rooms with shared bathroom on top floor are very hot in the afternoon. We need to open window and door and put fan on the window so we feel cooler.

It was very loud, even when guests didn't want to party there was still loud music which made the pool and common areas less relaxing.

Beds are comfortable and private, location is easy to access to the oasis, and the pool is very nice.

The WiFi wasn't great. It didn't work in our room and dropped in and out when in the communal areas. The kitchen was ok, but there was very little fridge space Also, our room was at the front of the hostel and the road noise, cars beeping & musical bin lorry started very early each morning

The location was great, the staff were helpful and organised reasonably priced trips for us. The family room was basic but had an ensuite and was good value for what we paid.

No fans or ventilation at all in the room. It's way too hot for that. Many people complained about not being able to sleep because of this.

The owner is fantastic! Anyone else at the front desk, not so much. The cats are great. The terraza is wonderful. Good kitchen and common areas. Booking the Isla Balletas and National Reserve Tour here is a good deal.

Bathroom had broken head so one of the showers out of action. The owner made me feel inadequate and judged. I did not have a small pad lock and he basically shrugged and kind of looked down like I am supposed know everything. Instead of perhaps supplying the pad lock??? Just a suggestion.

Very central to where I needed to be. Their hamak garden was very pleasant.

The lighting of the room could be more homey. It‘s a very bright neon light. Also a small bedlight and some hooks would be nice. Wi-Fi didn’t reach our room on the second floor, but worked well in the common area.

The location was great, Alberto was very friendly and had a lot of good, honest recommendations, the room was good, the shower was warm and the mattress was comfortable.

The place is a bit run down and could really use a deep clean and some maintenance. On the weekend no one was enforcing the 10PM quiet time in the shared areas. Our room was at the ground floor facing the common hammock area and it was loud.

It's a good hostel with loads of rooms, located in a very convenient spot for tours of the area, with helpful staff. There's some common spaces with chairs and hammocks and 3 friendly cats. WiFi worked well. The room and bed are small, which seems to be the Peru standard, but clean. Hot water in the clean bathroom. You can easily book tours to the islands and the national reserve through the hostel for the same prices as in other parts of town (the tours are not great to be honest, but that's not the hostel's fault).
