Not good directions to the rooms, if you arrive at night. Also, they didn’t tell us we had to use the key card to turn on the electricity in the room.

I was charged an additional 14500 French Polynesian Francs when I checked in . I understood that the amount I paid Booking.com was not enough to cover the cost of the room

The noise done by room upstairs where people were pulling the chairs. I would suggest to put some self-adhesive patches under the chair legs, so when people are moving the chairs, it does make any noise on the floor tiles for the people underneath.

This hotel is in a city - there is dense residential development on all sides of the property, except the part on the ocean. Also, I personally would not swim in the ocean in this location because of the extensive development around the area. I would need to be assured about water quality.

The pool is large, in excellent condition, and well designed for relaxing and hanging out at different depths, and the grounds are spacious and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning (mini-split) worked and was easy to adjust. Also, this hotel is very close to a bus line which we found convenient.

The Grounds are great. Staff is good. Beach is nice. Close to everything in Papeete and the airport.

wet room makes everything wet. Breakfast charging very unclear. No menu, no pricing, nothing to show adding eggs increase the price. The breakfast breads were not brilliant. Overcharged on final bill.

Early lunch, myself and my lady ordered hamburgers one medium one well. Lady dropped them off and left, half way through our meals found we had each other’s. That was the only complaint I had with the place.

Noise from neighbours (kids crying) Room Service didn’t clean the dirty dishes and took the key out of the lock/electrical box as I was just outside at the pool! Overpriced for what was offered!!!

The restaurant had very loud music until late at night. Also there are so many birds eating out of the tables even while we are still using them that you had to cover your food when you leave the table to go to the buffet. Also the beach in front of the hotel is not that very nice.

beautiful place, gardens , swimming pool, rooms all very nice and comfortable. The restaurant has a view of the ocean and offers inside and outside seating. The hotel offers day passes and also was very accommodating when we arrived earlier and departed late. We could shower, use the pool and store our bags very easily

Property was dated and shop worn. Beach was not good for swimming. Staff unaccommodating and refused a simple request for 1 hour late checkout. It’s not like maid service was waiting for us to vacate room.

Beautiful grounds, nice location for walking to shops, restaurants, and grocery. Hotel restaurant was good but a bit pricy.

I didn't realize the reception is not 24 hours, but there is a guard. Good that I arrived before 10 pm. The beach is not very pretty at this section. But a short drive away you can find nice locations

We ate at the restaurant but there was only one person working the front and made it difficult to order. I ended up just getting a piece of toast from the buffet, but the buffet seemed incomplete.

The grounds were beautiful. We loved the tropical plants and flowers. It was nice having a restaurant on the property. The staff was very friendly.

On a Sunday there were no restaurants or bars open on the property. Also because you had to put a key card into a device by the door on entry to get power, the room was incredibly hot when I got there and it took a long time for the air conditioning to cool down the room. I gave a lower score for cleanliness because there were cigarette butts in the ashtray on the patio when I arrived. There were no carts to get your luggage from the lobby to your room and the property is pretty spread out. My bathroom had a ghost toilet that flushed pretty consistently by itself.

They arranged for a shuttle for me to the airport at an incredibly early hour of the morning which I appreciated. The employee at the front desk spoke English well.

The front desk staff were not at all helpful, except for calling a taxi. They would not let us check in at all early, even though our room had obviously been ready since the air was not fresh in the room when we entered. Likewise, they were not amenable to any late check out for an evening flight. They said they were full and had no available space, so we could only sit around the front desk area. They did have a room where we could store our luggage

The grounds were pretty. It was a nice place to stay for one night between the end of a cruise and before flight home.

The surrounding neighborhood was so-so. The worst thing was the check in and check out times. They would not let us in our room before 2 pm. Period. We had come from a cruise ship, so we had to sit outside. Likewise, check out was 11 am, but our flight was in the evening, so again we sat. They said they didn’t have any rooms where we could chill.

The property itself was very pretty with nice landscaping.
