Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

SerbiaPromised "complimentary breakfast " is not free , not expensive but not free as promised. Price is too high on booking , in facility i cheaper when you don't use booking. Even AGODA is for 20$ per a day cheaper than booking. And of course there were small lizards in the room and around a hallway... i really don't mind so much , but they should pay attention to that.
People who working there are so helpful and nice , smiling all the time and really good.

PhilippinesHotel is too pricey as if it is a 4 star and not clean and other hotel guests walking/talking around the corridors/lifts were too noisy even in the wee hours in the morning, with no consideration at all.

AustraliaI didn’t like the fact that the people in the room beside me partied late into the night sometimes and they smoked in the hallway , and the smoke came into my room. And even though I told the staff, it seemed the guests didn’t really care what the staff said to them as they kept doing it on a regular basis.
I never really got room service and the location was perfect for my needs

PhilippinesThe bath room is not properly clean, PLEASE house keeping be mindful of that! The hotel is MEH, I will not advice you to swim in the pool seems like they haven't change the water in there for a while. The staff are ok too, but not really very attentive when I arrived it was raining the doorman did not even offer an umbrella
The location is a good, the Bed is really comfortable, but the room is really small so I do not recommend to add a bed. The great thing is the food is really delicious!

United KingdomNo breakfast, only have 1mug/1 glass for a room that can accommodate 2pax, neighbours/people walking around the corridors are too noisy and keeps on making noises during late night and wee hours in the morning. Hotel rooms are not being cleaned, too dusty still after checking in 2 days after. Room prices are too high/expensive and not worth the money at all.

PhilippinesIt was hard to find the electrical outlets and tough to insert our phone chargers. They forgot to place the towels. We had to ask for the towels. One side of the bed had mosquitoes. Need some insecticide spraying. Only a few Korean channels were available.
Front Desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. Wifi password was given right away and complimentary travel stub. There is a Korean restaurant on the rooftop that is open till 3AM. Location is great! Very near Clark.

Location excellent. Rooftop swimming pool was a bonus and restaurant staff are very attentive.
