the front desk guy called naime kept trying to flirt with me which made me feel uncomfortable, would call my room to ask when would he see my beautiful face which was inappropriate another member of staff kept pestered me for hug .. damp in the room , breakfast wasn’t great , dinner wasn’t great and not much of a variety,no hot food served after 10pm .. bed was comfortable once I checked out the guy called naime at the front desk kept ringing me and pestering and harassing me .. calling me beautiful..

No Hot Water. No Fruits available for the breakfast. My Credit Card was charged 3 times stating the funds not credited, despite of showing the confirmation of the Charges on my Mobile. However I have requested them to reverse the 2 payments and the Staff handling it is extremely helpful.

Well they provide u with a shoe cleaner, a comb but their soap is weird. No tooth brush nor tooth paste. Their menu card doesnt have many items. If u have sleep issues then back street noise or noise in the corridor will be an issue.

Staff are very friendly, from the receptionist till the waiter. Money wise it is good. Rooms are clean.

The breakfast was late that the given time with no variety... you shud improve ur breakfast quality and dishes. There were no fresh fruits.. no bran bread, no desi food, omlate was served on demand, no fried eggs, no boiled eggs, no parathas

Size of deluxe room a bit too small, but then executive suite has no window.

We had two interconnecting rooms. The tv, fridge and electric socket on one wall did not work. We didnt use these that much so it was not an issue. But I would suggest maintenance

great location for a good price. centrally located between gulberg and defence and cantt. decent sized rooms, good friendly staff, interconnecting room option allows families with kids to stay comfortably. Breakfast was simple and the time slot from 6am to 10am was sufficient.

Buffet adequate but limited, no fresh juice. Executive suite in basement has no natural light, and more sound disturbance from main road. Found and killed a huge cockroach five minutes before leaving. It's fortunate it happened at the end of stay otherwise I would have asked to be moved from basement. Rooms good but need a little updating. WiFi in basement was not reliable, no reception a few times.

Friendly staff. Lobby nice, clean and welcoming. Uncomplicated check-in /check out Upgraded to executive suite (in basement) which was huge with microwave, fridge and sofas. Complementary fruit and water in room on arrival Room generally clean Lift for 4 floors Parking space available

We had an issue with the next door room about loud music / chat after 01:30 am , but we called the receptionist and they sort out the issue, meaning the noise insulation between the rooms isn’t the best one. Isn’t the hotel fault about the party I just never expected something like this in Pakistan even felt a little uncomfortable complaining about it.

The location was well connected, the hotel is in a safe location, clean and have all the extra amenities necessary during your stay. Breakfast has some variety of choices, the waiters was really attentive.
