1. Overall, it was a bit dirty. This applied to both the room and, especially, the toilets and bathrooms. 2. In the four-person room there were only two closets for clothing.

1. The staff was friendly, helpful, and ready to answer any questions. Although it was mentioned in the description that towels were available for an extra fee, they were provided to me free of charge. 2. The location is excellent, as you can reach the city center within a 15-20 minute walk. 3.There was absolutely no noise in the room, and no one disturbed anyone else.

the room was very cold, due to the fact that heating is controlled by the city and it couldn't be turned on.

Toilets were not so clean. At reception they have an announcement that you need to call a number if there is not body, but how to call if not everybody has outcoming calls (my case), I had internet but couldn't call nobody so I was walking inside trying to find the girl from reception. Better you should put a bell. Also internet was not working at all :( I asked at reception and the boy was not helping, he just say "I am connected, should work"

The light in my bed didn’t work and they didn’t provide towels for guests.

The hostel modified an old building and used the 5th floor as a hostel. The reception is open 24 hours to help the guests. I liked the overall ambiance of this place and helpfulness of the employees. 😊 Also the location was convenient and safe even at midnight.

Maybe put curtain between the 2 shower in female space for more privacy. The ladder wasn't great and the Wi-Fi didn't work at this tire but it was a detail.

The hostel is really quiet and clean. Close the city by metro or tram. Room was OK.

The owners could think about updating the kitchen: sink, countertop around the sink, faucet - could all use updating, to say nothing of the elevator, but, I guess, it is probably out of their power. There could be some shower gel in the showers too.

When I booked it I was 100% sure I’ll get bottom bed because there was still 5 beds available in one room when I got there I got top bed ,disappointed me a little but anyway I was too tired to care but the ladders was like a knife blade for my feet..it’s horrible.every step so painful you need to wear some shoes to climb there.also the lady in the room didn’t care about the rules and being quiet in the room she was coming to the room every time switching on the light moving her suitcase around when everyone was in bed resting already.I’m this case you should remind guests about the rules .I’ve been around the world and I like to stay in hostel but this one was just fair with the price.

Very dark inside. Gloomy atmosphere. For one night the hostel is absolutely ok, and serves all purposes for a hostel. However, it was not an active “joy” to stay there as it was definitely not a hostel to meet people or to just hang out in. The vibe was generally very glum.

There were only 2 small toilets in the entire hostel with a lot of guests, and the showers were far away from the room.

The bed was comfortable and the shared kitchen and common area was large and well equipped.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and during my stays there were a lot of old people in my room which isnt for a hostel purpose.
