We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

PolandHotel have limited parking space (specially when you arrive quite late). Building of hotel is not newest one.
Hotel located in the mid of city. My room was comfortable and had very nice view for Jasna Gora Abbey. Hotel offers very good breakfasts.

NetherlandsToo hot. In (warm) April temperature in the bathroom was like in sauna and there was no possibility to turn it off, which was making the whole room too hot to sleep comfortably.
Good breakfast, nicely decorated room, clean, very good location. Big plus for unlimited availability of still and sparkling water in the hallway, so you don't run out of water to drink in the room.

location is close to town centre and Jasna Gora -we have stayed many times for visiting family. Pool room is good fun & the staff will get you a beer. Gym is handy. massage chair is good.

Hotel is in great location. Room was right size, warm, quiet and comfy. Bathroom a bit small but just right for what we needed which is a place to stay during a brief and fully packed trip to Czestochowa. We will stay here again in May actually. Breakfast was amazing, full of great choices. Hotel offers parking as well. Staff was nice, friendly and professional. Overall we had a great stay in this hotel.

United KingdomThe price for the breakfast is extortionary. 70 PLN (£13) for breakfast for one person is too high for Poland. You can get a dinner for a couple for this price.

It was a great stay, staff was super professional and kind. Room was very comfortable, clean with a very comfy bed. Cleaners and amazing room service. Dogs are very welcome, unlucky you can't go with them to the restaurant but room service is free.
