The heater in the room was not heating quite enough. We felt cold while sleeping. Lastly, we were not able to take a bath since the water was very cold. I think the water heater of the place was not working properly. Overall, I would still recommend the place because of its great location and cheap price plus the shared kitchen. Highly recommend for budget travelers.

Very great location. Around 1.2km to city center and 1.3 km to skiing place. Price is very cheap as well. It has a shared kitchen with complete utensils. The receptionist was friendly and informative (gave us a quick background on Zakopane's mountains, recommended good restaurants, and gave us some tips on how to explore Zakopane). He even upgraded us to a room with a balcony (with great view) and a private bathroom.

Of course it is not 5 star hotel and its not perfect, but for this price I can not complain on anything.

Stuff was very friendly, When I arrived a young guy met me who was speaking English, he also gave me suggestions on my hike to Tatras. Elder woman was also very kind and positive person, always smiling. She did not speak English, but we were able to understand each other when needed.

No WiFi in the dorm. Carpets were old and set off my dust allergy. Staff didn't speak English but were friendly anyway.

The location was great- between town and the mountains. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was well equipped.

Power sockets are not placed in a convenient way (my charger is very short and I had to invent some kind of structure to put my phone on), but honestly, it wasn't bothering. Also, my partner says the bed wasn't comfortable enough (for me, it was). All other things were great.

It was very nice, we had everything we needed (kitchen with all facilities, showers, comfortable beds). Of course it isn't a 5-star hotel, everything looks a bit old (but is convenient and clean!), but considering the price it was very good. Also, it was very quiet (maybe we were lucky not to have noisy neighbours) and the location was excellent. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

It is the best option to visit Zakopane travelling alone. I personally have not words to say how kind the staff was with me. They advice me the best way to have fun and about the better routes to do. The lady cleans the rooms and the common spaces everyday. The rooms have calefaction system...just you need to take towels with you. The location is close to Siklawica waterfall, Nosal, Kalatowki and Dolina Olczyska,which are interesting natural places to visit in the lower Tatras.

There was a time restriction at the period we went. I don’t know if they still do it. But they told us that they are closing the door at 11, and you have to be back before that. But there wasn’t many things to do even in the center so it wasn’t that bad.

We stay for 2 nights with a group of 10 people. Our main reason for stay was to go skiing and it was amazing. In March, it was snowy but rooms were warm and clean. We loved it.

Room and conditions are meet with expectation. Owner is really nice person, knows English well. Especially, he is so helpful and expert about hiking roots, must see places.

Bads( The ladders for the begs were inconvenient to use, also the mattresses were a bit thin, so it felt a bit firm to sleep on.

The owners were very friendly and communicative, and I felt like home in this silent cozy place.

It was okay since our polish friend was with us, but the lady at the reception (an owner probably) didn’t really speak English at all, so the communication would be a little bit of a problem otherwise, but nothing that a google translatior couldn’t handle:)
